Hamilton House 101 is a Gold Tier 2-bedroom 2 bath Gulf Front Condo

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 101 is a GOLD rated Corner two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful de'cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 101 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the guest bathroom. 101 has a Washer/Dryer, with Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No trailers, RVs or boats. No pets are allowed.

Rental manager aattention to property

The unit was as advertised. When we had an immediate issue the Rental Manager promptly responded. That said the Manager needs to pay better attention to the routine matters, that is, light bulb replacement, synching the TVs with the cable boxes, the imbalance of the A/C throughout the unit, dish washing liquid and auto dishwasher detergent to meet a 3 week stay. If these matters were routinely addressed, 5 stars would be rightly earned.

Wonderful spot and very comfortable condo

We have been vacationing in this area for quite some time. This is the first time we stayed at Hamilton House. We were very pleased with how nice the condo was!! Exactly as described and pictured. The beds are super comfy too. We were so excited to see there were beach chairs in the closet!! Plenty of bathroom towels and even beach towels! The balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets!! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great location right on the beach

Very good property right on the Gulf front with spacious balcony. Beds extremely comfortable. Problem with after hours check in promptly resolved by on call staff. Unfortunate issue with air con again resolved by property manager as quickly as was possible. Overall recommend this property and JC Resorts.

Indian Rocks Beach

The location of the property was perfect. Very short distance from the beach which was nice and close to many great restaurants. The unit was also nice and spacious. We loved how great the views of the beach were right from the master bedroom and beds were comfortable. We did have some issues though. The rooms was not cleaned well. There was little black hairs all over the master sink counter and faucet where the previous guest was shaving in the sink. The dryer was so full of lint when I opened it fell out onto me. There was black gunk caked up on the faucet in the kitchen and in the master bathroom,this was not the case in the hall bath.The kitchen table was not clean and there were dirty dishes.I spent over an hour cleaning when we got there. I did call and report the conditions and I was told the head of house keeping would be calling me however I never received that call. The elevator went out during our stay which was a pain to carry all of our things up and down the stairs however not a huge deal. The unit was right above the stairs to which everyone had to use now that the elevators were no longer working. The door to the stairs slams and makes a VERY loud noise which we could hear from the bedroom and it did make it difficult to sleep with the constant slamming of the door. I did mention the cleaning issues again at checkout and we were told that they had just hired 3 new cleaning people and that they would have a talk with them. Another guest parked in our spot so

Great beach view and location.

The condo was as described. We had a great view of the beach and it was just steps away. All of the amenities were great. We even found a few new favorite restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful property

This is my second time staying at Hamilton House. The condo was beautiful and actually more modern than the pictures. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Close to restaurants and an easy trolley ride to Clearwater and Madeira Beach. The only negatives would be that there were only two functional beach chairs, both were old and uncomfortable. There was no cooler for the beach which would have been useful. The zero gravity chair on the balcony was also very uncomfortable. These were definitely small inconveniences. The week we stayed, there was a large group of 38 people at the property, so we were not able to enjoy the pool as they dominated the space all week. The property manager was very helpful when I spoke to her about the situation. I believe this was unusual, and it would not stop me from recommending this condo. It’s a beautiful place with a great location.

Great location and friendly staff

Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. The view from our large balcony was amazing and the size of condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids under 2. Little to no stock on paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) and hand soap or dish soap. Plenty of bath towels and a few beach chairs were very nice to have. Staff gave a great reccomendation for rental baby supplies ( our little suitcase) which was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be booking another stay here soon!

Unforgettable View

Condo needed some cleaning before I would unpack :( Drawers were filthy inside, all furniture was dusty and visibly dirty, some of the dishes needed washed before using. We also had some issues with bugs that management did not feel the need to address, but they were very pleasant and professional to speak with during that call and especially at booking and check in. Kitchen is stocked ok. Most essentials were there. Very, very firm mattresses! Balcony was a dream to sit on and you cannot beat hearing the sound of the ocean when you’re laying in bed at night exhausted from a day in the sun. Condo is in a great location, walkable to many good restaurants (and ice cream shops)! Short drive to parks and Clearwater, but the beach and those turquoise waters were the best thing about this stay!

This is an excellent property and we would gladly stay here again the views from patio were unobstructed directly on the ocean. The condo had beach umbrella and chairs and all the utensils you might need. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. We strongly recommend TJ Italian restaurant across the street. Wonderful experience!

This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and we couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay! Our room was very clean, had plenty of extra towels and washcloths, and a million dollar view of the ocean from our bedroom and the living room! The owners were very communicative, which made the experience that much better, and for that we are very thankful! We will definitely be staying there again! Thank you so much for a wonderful and worry-free vacation!

Perfect little condo

The property was clean and fully stocked with all cookware and dishes. Breath taking view of the ocean and sunset. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Perfect location for my little family, my boys (5 & 9) absolutely loved their stay and close access to the beach. Will 100% be returning.

Nice Condo, beautiful view

The property is nice and close to things, however this beach is way to busy for us. When we walked into the condo, there was a musty smell but it aired out, however there must have been something both my husband and I were allergic to. We coughed the entire time in the condo (NO COVID ISSUES) but never outside. The other downside was the lights from the parking garage of the condo next door. We felt like it was morning all the time. The bedroom windows need some blackout curtains. We loved the proximity to the beach, but having to carry a key with you was a bit cumbersome. The kitchen mat just felt nasty to my bare feet. It would also be nice to know when the pest control guy was coming. Kind of unnervinig to have someone banging on your door when you don't know anyone in the area. Had this condo been in a different area, our stay may have been much more pleasurable. The cold and windy weather didn't help much either. We left a day early due to it.

Beautiful Condo in a great location

This condo is perfect for a family holiday, 2 spacious bedrooms, the main en suite has a beautiful view overlooking the beach and the double balcony is a lovely viewing point for the sunset. Good size kitchen and living area, second bathroom good size as well. Car parking underneath building and second spot if needed is available. Lifts with trolleys available for you luggage is helpful as well. Good size pool and seating area if you want a break from the beautiful beach. Had a perfect stay and will definitely be booking again for another visit.

Perfect for our family!

It was perfect for our family! Spacious, clean and right on the beach. I especially liked the large kitchen and on site laundry. I rented 2 units (side by side) and that worked so well for my two kids and their families. I would recommend Hamilton House!!
