Light, bright, and thoughtfully decorated, the spacious living and dining area provides a comfortable gathering place for families and friends. Relax with a movie on the flat-screen cable television, enjoy meals together, or open the balcony doors and let the beach breeze complement your time indoors. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and other everyday essentials for dining at home. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack beach day snacks, or gather for a relaxed dinner at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. Each of the two guest bedrooms includes one queen bed and one double bed. The guest bathroom offers a single sink vanity and shower and tub combination.

Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and check-out housekeeping service are also provided.

Hamilton House is an intimate beachfront community featuring a heated Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grilling area, interior elevator, stairs, pool restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Two assigned covered parking spaces are provided. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family-friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach and the neighboring Gulf Coast communities of Belleair Beach, Indian Shores, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.

Maximum occupancy is eight guests, including infants. This is a smoke free and pet free vacation rental. Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

A week away

The unit is spacious, plenty of room for our group of 6 without feeling crowded. The location is perfect; close to dining and activities without being crowded. We have stayed in this unit several times and plan to visit again!

Great beach location

The location was great, the condo was the perfect size for three guests, pictures were accurate. Only things I could point out are that there was loud live music every night but one right across the street (luckily they shut down every night at 10pm) and the wind chimes could be annoying if it was windy.

Two relaxing weeks

Kitchen was well equipped. Could use better linens and outdoor furniture but overall great. Beach and pool are wonderful. Close to good food. Prop managers were responsive and helpful.

The only inconvenience is as having to drive to Indian Shores to pick up our keys and check in. Other than that, this condo was an absolute dream!! It is as so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Hope to stay again soon!!
