We spent last weekend there celebrating my mom’s birthday. She just wanted a relaxing place and it definitely was! Super clean, with friendly staff from the front desk to the breakfast team and even those we passed in the halls. The location was great, just 3 minutes from the downtown area and 15 minutes from Honeymoon Beach. Free and easily accessible parking was a big plus too. So many reasons to highly recommend this place. Thank you so much, keep up the great work! Oliii and Iris💕 --- Let me know if you want it to sound more formal or casual!

Everyone working, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast, was wondeful! So nice and helpful. Clean, convenient location to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island, quiet and safe.

Surprised my mom with a mother's day weekend in Dunedin. Picked the Holiday Inn Express for location and the great reviews. Well, my review: is a top 10 great hotel! Room, perfect, held all 3 of us perfectly, clean and very we'll kept. The breakfast, Couldn't have asked for better. Plenty of selections, And everything was delicious. I do want to give a shout out to the ladies who are working this area. They are attentive, polite and definitely an asset to this hotel. Make sure you bring a little tip money when you go down to breakfast. Because they deserve it!! Location, This hotel is really placed nicely for pretty much everything you're going to do in Dunedin. All the employees we encountered during our stay were so helpful and polite. We needed to check in a little bit early, And that ended up being no problem at all. Our stay was so perfect, It helped make the perfect Mother's day for my mom and myself. Thank you again Holiday Inn express, we will be back!

What a lovely stay! At first glance, we were disappointed that the pool was small and crowded. The let down was well surpassed by the overall friendliness, cleanliness, and comfort of this hotel! From check-in to check-out a big 5 ⭐️ stars. The beds were super cozy, the breakfast delicious. Each staff member went above and beyond. The short walk to downtown Dunedin was simple, safe, and fun with my teenagers. A great location if you plan to visit Honeymoon island Beach as we were there in only ten minutes. The next day we visited family in Palm Harbor and were amazed at how close that was too! Thank you

This hotel is in a fabulous location--close to downtown shopping, the harbor, the walking paths. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. It's quite convenient having breakfast in the hotel as well.
