The fully equipped kitchen includes all the conveniences needed to prepare your family’s favorite meals. Guests can enjoy beautiful Gulf views from both the living room and dining area, providing the perfect setting to relax and unwind.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom includes two queen beds. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, making the unit ideal for families or small groups.

Although the large private Gulf-front balcony is currently closed due to construction, guests can still enjoy the many amenities available at the property. Spend your days relaxing by the heated swimming pool or take a short walk to the beach just steps away.

If you are looking to create beach memories that will last a lifetime, this beachfront condominium is the perfect choice. Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, it is ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, or a relaxing escape from colder weather.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and local attractions and sits directly along the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop aboard the trolley and travel easily between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach in approximately 30 minutes, enjoying the many activities the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the comfort and privacy of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself relaxing on a wide sandy beach with gentle waves rolling onto the shore. Picture a quiet afternoon by the pool with a good book in hand, or a romantic evening stroll along the shoreline as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.

Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.

Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool will be closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction activities conclude, and it remains open all day on weekends.
