With a spacious open floor plan, upscale finishes, and direct beach access, this beautiful beachfront vacation rental is the perfect place for your next Florida beach getaway.

The modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of prep space, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. It flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, creating a bright and inviting space for relaxing or entertaining. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable coastal-inspired bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes 2 double beds, and the guest bathroom offers a tub and shower combination. TVs in the bedrooms add extra comfort and convenience for your stay.

Step outside onto the large private Gulf-front balcony and take in spectacular sunsets, warm sea breezes, and the sparkling waters of the Gulf. Spend your days digging your toes into the sand, lounging by the heated pool, or enjoying a meal outdoors at the BBQ area.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

During work hours, the pool may be temporarily unavailable for one to two hours depending on the work being completed that day; however, the pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.

Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.

Great location and space

We loved our stay here. It was located right on the beach with panoramic views of the ocean. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed. A washer and dryer is located near the elevator which was a nice surprise. I would recommend staying here.
