Immaculate Upscale Classy - Just Remodeled Direct Gulf Front 2BR/BA Paradise

Our spacious 1050 sq ft. condo was just completely remodeled. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms condo direct gulf front (no angles or obstructions except the beautiful palm trees). The extended balcony directly outside the master bedroom and living room provides a picturesque view of the Gulf. Our condo is located just south of Clearwater Beach. Indian Rocks Beach is routinely cleaned to perfection.

The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with an adjoining bathroom. There is plenty of storage in the built in California closets and wall system to unpack your luggage. The second bedroom has a brand new queen bed with a large recessed closet with a tv. The kitchen has a pristine quartz counter top and all new stainless steel appliances. the cabinets are self closing. Both of the bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The floors are Italian porcelain plank tiles that look like distressed wood. There are brand new HE front load washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. A must have amenity includes a water softener and filtration system!!! Free high-speed wireless internet, cable tv, and long distance calls including Canada. We have dvd players, flat screen tvs, movies, books, and games. The designated parking is located next to the steps and close to the elevator. The unit is on the second floor.

Shared amenities include one elevator, a pool, lounge chairs, picnic tables, gas grill, and shopping carts. The Jake's Cantina restaurant is directly across the street. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Island Surf Shop is 0.3 miles away for rental items - bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Enjoy sunsets on the balcony while relaxing as the dolphins swim past.

The closest airports are Tampa International (TPA) or Clearwater / St. Pete (PIE). Disney and Legoland are 90 minutes away.

Perfect

Patricia was an excellent hostess, very easy to talk to and very easy to communicate with in a timely manner. Her place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and fully stocked with anything you need at the beach, to cook, and clean. No need to take beach towels, beach, chairs, umbrella, coolers. The cabinets were stocked with spices, oil,trash bags, and laundry detergent. We are definitely going back to stay there again. Everything is within walking distance. You don’t even have to get in your car to go anywhere.

Indian Rock’s Treasure

Patricia’s condo is absolutely gorgeous with the most breathtaking views. Close proximity to restaurants, beaches, drug store, grocery stores, etc. There is every accommodation you could possibly need. She has truly thought of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. It is just steps to the beach which was wonderful because my 88 year old dad was able to be on the beach with us. 😊 Her condo is updated with very beautiful and comfortable furnishings. I am a clean freak and I could not believe how sparkling clean everything was. The moment you walk in you feel at home. She was wonderful to deal with and provided excellent instructions about things in the condo, expectations and condo rules. No question she thought of everything. This is a beautiful property, and it is very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay until red tide kept us out of the water and off of the beach. Our stay was wonderful, except for that unfortunate occurrence. Sadly, it affected most of week two of our stay.

Such A Great Condo!

This is such great condo! My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO properties as well as hotels around the country. This may very well be the best of all. The condo is very clean and incredibly well equipped. It doesn't lack for anything. And the view of the beach and gulf of mexico cannot be beat!

Wonderful place

This condo is amazing!! Absolutely loved it. It is well stocked with everything you will need. Of course, you will have to buy food!! It is close to amazing restaurants! If we had a problem, the owner took care of it immediately. The beach equipment was everything we needed. Can’t say anything bad at all about this place.

Second Stay Was As Good As First

My husband and I stayed at this property back in September of 2016 and it has always been unavailable every time we have come down since, so I was thrilled to be able to stay here first half of December when we needed a place . The unit was/is clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with items you would need to cook, clean or whatever and for whatever age you are! I look forward to being able to spend more time on beach next time ( we were busy most of time doing other things needing to be done ) because IRB and the beaches to the north are the best ! Walked them for miles and miles and years and years ....found many interesting items again along water to add to my 'found objects' bowl here again too. Patricia told us about some sand castles down the beach so we checked them out and she communicated with me about other subjects which was very helpful. I look forward to doing this again and spending more time relaxing:) Thanks Patricia!

Perfect Staycation

This place is gorgeous!

Great condo in a good location. You can tell that the owner's have recently remodeled this condo. It's beautiful inside. They have thought of everything--beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, etc. The only drawback is the traffic. It is loud, especially on a Friday and Saturday nights. Thank Patricia for making our vacation memorable.

Our two weeks in Patricia’s condo was wonderful. The condo was extremely well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome, the grounds around the bldg. are well maintained and attractive. The location for restaurants and nearby shopping are great. It’s a wonderful vacation stay.

Everything and more!

We arrived to find the condo clean, ready and welcoming for our vacation in IRB. This is the seventh condo we’ve rented in Florida and by far, the most completely supplied with every item imaginable. The furniture was very comfortable, the balcony spacious and the condo complex well maintained. The only issue for us was finding a good way to enter the parking lot from Gulf Blvd, since the entrance is on a busy intersection. Patricia was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. We plan to return in the future!!
