Deck looked scary wouldn’t go onto. Water damage/rot by shower and kitchen sink. The automatic door lock would try re-locking forever when already locked. There were beach items to use but they were not in good condition. Was close to the beach that was great!

Love this location!! Our 3rd year staying in this rental & we love it here. Super simple & affordable, quiet neighborhood. Only a blocks walk to the beach & one of the best Cuban sandwiches around. Hope to see you again next summer

Everything was clean I enjoyed my stay BUT, one the back rooms needs a better mattress its on thin. I feel to the proerty manger if YOU waont sleep on it why make customer sleep on. The two remotes in the bed rooms had isses other then that was great girls weekned for our bdays

We had a great stay! The house was in the perfect location for us and had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a wagon that made our beach days so easy. I would definitely book this house again if we return to the area!

When you open the door you are greeted with a strong musty odor. Place is dated and not kept up on. Biggest complaint is the cleanliness. I’d have been embarrassed if it was my home. One of the only things it has going for them is it’s a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Every time we walked across the floor barefoot we’d have to go wash our feet as they were full of the dirt from the floor. Ceiling fans and air vents have layers of dust, ants around the toilet, and much more. It.was.filthy. Three of the five beach chairs are broke beyond using. Having the chairs is a nice touch if they were usable. Tried to stay positive and not let it ruin our vacation but we did not look forward to going back at the end of the night. The outside looks like it was just painted. It has potential with some updates and a cleaning service. We would not go back!

GREAT LOCATION

The location is excellent! However, the property could use a little TLC -- the outside deck was really unstable and made us a bit nervous. Also, two of the beach chairs were broken/compromised. It all worked out for us and we would totally stay there again.

Great location; too expensive for the quality

This 2 bdrm had a great location a block off the beach with a nice porch off of it. But the property was old, the kitchen outdated; and the couches needed cleaning as they smelled funky. The unit had been cleaned but smelled too strongly of ammonia when we arrived. Too expensive for the quality.

This unit was very disappointing. The photos made it look like it was in much better condition. No maintenance dine hete, ever.Housekeeping did a presentable job, in view of how run down this unit is. Only 1 of 3 TVs worked. The livingroom TV needed a remote. It took several txt msgs over several days to get action from the property mgr, Carter. Light broken in the dark stairway. There were 4 towels, all so thin and gray you could almost see threw them. The washer was filthy. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans that are in disgusting condition. The grease is so thick on the cookware, we were afraid we would start a fire if we used them on a hot stove. The mismatched silverware was the cheap kind that hurt our teeth. there were only 4 forks, 3 teaspooonly 5 for ki

Your place was comfortable and location was great.However, it would be nice to have had a “welcome”packet to tell renters about the Jolly Trolley which was convenient and east, to tell about nearby restaurants and convenience stores.Also 2 rolls of toilet paper…really. We purchased more and left for others. No kleenix…we also purchased and left.The screen to outside door off bedroom is torn and lampshade torn as well. The towels are quite worn and should be replaced and I would check microwave as the plastic on inside door is coming off.

Another Wonderful Stay!!

This was our 2nd year back at this property and it’s perfect for us. For the price point, you can’t beat the location of this rental. We love IRB and love this property and the owners, they have always been super accommodating and caring. Will see you again next year, may even come for a few days in the Winter ❤️
