When we needed to come back down to the area for family over my daughter's birthday she said we had to stay at the lake house with the pool and we all agreed. The house is comfortable for our family of four to be together and spacious enough to not be on top of one another. We were able to walk to downtown to get coffee and watch the holiday parade and again easy to just walk out the door and go for a run on the Greenway. We will likely be back again.

They Thought of everything! Very responsive to inquiries and questions:) Hot tub and pool were great! Beautiful scenery! Walkable paths to shops and restaurants! Sunsets from the deck were fabulous. Looking forward to staying here again- already booked for next year. Excellent value !

Absolutely loved our stay here in Safety Harbor, beautiful location close to shops and bars with an easy walk along the road. Stunning wildlife can be seen daily, loved the alligator and turtles sightings plus fabulous bird life. The house had everything we needed, the table tennis table was a real hit. Tina was a brilliant and attentive host and responded quickly to all of our questions. Definitely recommend!

The pool and outdoor area were wonderful for our group of 4 adults. We were in town for our granddaughters first birthday, and our daughter, son in law, and baby spent time with us and we had plenty of space to eat and socialize. I downgraded by 1 star for some minor things that keepsnthe home from being 5 stars in my opinion. The bath towels were mix matched, old, and stained and the bed pillows were very old and flat/lumpy. There were a few areas that were not completely clean (for example crumbs on the floor). The bed in the primary bedroom is extremely firm. I thought it was fine but my husband found it uncomfortable and didnn't sleep well.We really enjoyed watching the birds and the alligators in the mornings! Sitting outside in the mornings and evenings was a highlight for us on this trip!

Beautiful lake great location

We had a wonderful time. This was one of those rare homes where the reality outpaced expectations. The home was clean, comfortable with a lovely pool and hot tub. We loved watching the wildlife from the deck. The host was responsive to the questions we had. My son and I were able to go for runs on the Greenway across the street and the whole family walked downtown for coffee and milkshakes. 100% would stay again.

Communication with Tina was great and checking in was smooth. You cant beat the location of safety Harbor. We were 15-20 minutes away from Tampa Bay Airport, 20 minutes away from clearwater beach. Downtown Safety Harbor has great restaurants/Bars for food and great cocktails. Crooked Finger Brewery is a must with great beer. Our two 13 year old boys loved the pool and hot tub. Every morning we had an alligator visit us right at the deck, which was very neat to see that close. Would definitely stay here again.

Another great trip to Safety Harbor

We have been guests here several times. Very happy to see that the house has been nicely repaired since last year's storms. We like everything about the house and the location. The owner, Tina, is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Hope to get back soon.

Not sure what you want

The house was very nice and much the way I thought it would be. Unfortunately, the weather was not good but that was no ones fault. I do believe there could have been some upgrades with the sheets and towels and washcloths. East to get good ones from Home goods . I would have liked it a little closer to downtown.

Wonderful holiday home

Excellent location on a lake and overlooking Tampa Bay across the road fronting the property. House was very well equipped with all practical amenities and lovely pool and hot tub. Plenty of rooms for family to disperse around and it came with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of utensils and crockery. All round it was a practical second home environment for a family gathering and we all had a terrific Christmas week here.

Perfect Family Spot

This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation for my husband's birthday. It was central to other family who live in the area and were able to easily come visit us. The Ping-pong, foosball tables, pool and fishing gave everyone something to do. The house was clean and easy to access. There were a few odd things missing, like wash clothes and dishwasher soap. We also had a water emergency during our stay, but the property owner was quick to respond late at night on a Sunday to get it fixed quickly. Overall an amazing weekend for our family and many memories were made. Highly recommended!

Overall enjoyed the house only thing I might as would be more cooking stuff bowls utensils. Also our visit was unique as we had a tropical storm / hurricane. Only flash light we could find was in the garage and battery was dead. So might just think of your vistors and where there coming from in this situation. This was our first time dealing with this weather and there were a lot of unknowns of what to expect overall had a great time.

A wonderful place to stay in Safety Harbor.

This was a wonderful property to stay at in Safety Harbor. The place was clean and the location wonderful. The pool was magnificent and the deck on the lake breathtaking. We enjoyed seeing alligators, turtles, fish and all sorts of wildlife from the deck. The A/C stopped working on our second day, but was immediately fixed with minimal disruption to our stay. This was a fantastic place to stay.
