Place had great views of the beach, balcony was spacious, easy walk to the beach, condo was roomy and equipped with most kitchen essentials. A couple negative items was the parking, one space was difficult with nine people and at one point someone ended up parking in our designated spot, and very limited toiletries (toilet paper, garbage bags, dish towels) so come prepared. Overall we had a great time.

The ease of walking out on the beach and acres to the pool was perfect. Easy access to local restaurants and shopping made this trip great for our whole family. Can’t wait to book again next year! N

2023 June stay with blended family of 7

Great property and awesome view. Shower needed a little more pressure and many chairs for beach were broke. All in we bought a tent and left it there as it’s a must with the sun and we did have a good stay. I’d def stay again in the future even with the minor hiccups we experienced.

Perfect spot for R&R

A bit pricey, but great location, great choice for a girls’ beach stay. It was very nice to each have our own room and plenty of common living space besides. Nice big balcony with more than enough seating. Beach not too crowded, pool right on the beach, easy walk to food, drink, and groceries. We didn’t have to use our car at all. Would definitely recommend.

Overall good stay at Las Brisas

Unit and location to beach and restaurants was really good. Malfunctioning pool heater and elevator were frustrating; however, management was responsive to my concerns and equipment was repaired within two days of our week long stay. Renovation projects were going on during our stay to enhance the property which was good. Recommend budgeting to resurface parking lot and a long term recapitalization project to add another elevator. Again, overall stay was good and would return.

Amazing vacation

This condo was perfect! It was more than spacious enough for 5 adults, and my granddaughter, the kitchen was very accommodating for cooking. The condo was cozy and the property so relaxing. You can't help but unwind! There was plenty to do right at the condo - from having a cup of coffee and watching the dolphins form the balcony in the morning , playing/relaxing on the beach, cooling off in the pool, and then top off the evening with a glass of wine and an amazing sunset. With its white sands and warmer Gulf waters, we all had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back!

Great 3 bedroom condo with sunset views

This condo is a wonderful 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 8 plus a sofa bed. It is right on the gulf and you can see the sunsets from your balcony. Comfortable beds, 4 tvs, not far from John's Pass. It has chairs, boogie boards, desk fans, and new appliances. Bring a tent and beach towels and you are all set.

Great Location

This is a wonderful unit to stay on Madeira Beach. If you are traveling with more than one car you cannot park it on the property. This was a huge inconvenience for us.

Girls Trip

We had a nice stay. Just a few randoms about the place - the elevator is SLOW, and there is only 1 so during checkout time we we’re gathering our last load of items and ended up running 4 min behind schedule because everyone was fighting for the elevator to check out at the same time and we had cleaners show up at 10:02 and we’re not nice to us that we we’re still in the room (we also had a 4 month old with us). The pool was VERY crowded, yes it’s summer and it happens but there’s not much seating per the amount of units for this whole place. Parking is a JOKE. Literally 1 parking spot so we had to pay the city $100.00 to park a 2nd car 2 miles down the road, to then find out one night that someone was parked in our 1 designated spot. The actual rental was nice. Clean. There was no laundry soap- a small package of that would have been a nice touch since there’s a washer and dryer. There are chairs in the laundry room as well as umbrellas and boogie boards for you to use. Plenty of seating on balcony. The ac didn’t get very cold. 1 night we did all wake up sweating some. Overall a good place
