Welcome to Mandalay Manor, an exclusive, Gulf-front multi-million dollar estate just a couple minutes from Sunset Beach and Fred Howard Park Beach by car. Enjoy the multiple private outdoor lounges where you can soak up the sun before jumping in the large heated saltwater pool to cool off. Launch our kayaks and paddle boards directly from the backyard or take a bike ride to Sunset Beach.

Rent a boat or jet skis to go island hopping. Charter a fishing boat or try your luck catching Snook, Snapper, or Spotted Seatrout from Fred Howard Park. Book a dolphin-watching excursion, check out the shops on the boardwalk, and dine at a traditional Greek restaurant at the Sponge Docks.

July Bay Scalloping Season - Check the dates for bay scalloping season in Pasco, Hernando, Citrus & Levy counties and rent or charter a boat. It’s one of the most fun & unique water activities in the Gulf. Pull up some videos on harvesting Florida’s bay scallops. Be sure to comply with all Florida Fish & Wildlife rules and regulations.

Sunset Beach Concert Series - In the summer, the City of Tarpon Springs puts on a concert series at Sunset Beach. Listen from the deck if you don’t feel like taking the stroll down to the beach.

First Fridays - Enjoy an outdoor festival on the first Friday of every month in historic Tarpon Springs.

Fourth of July Fireworks - The City of Tarpon puts on a world-class fireworks show from Sunset beach that you get to enjoy from your deck and balconies at Mandalay Manor.

Other things to note

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
There are five security cameras and two doorbell cameras monitoring the entrances to the home and the lower outdoor patio area. The cameras can record audio and video 24/7 for the security of guests and to monitor the property in severe weather. There are no cameras inside the home.

★ HEATED POOL ★
The pool (and the spillover attached to the pool) is set at between 80 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit. The spillover is not a hot tub on is only heated to the same temperature as the rest of the pool.

★ HOUSE RULES & LIABILITY WAIVER ★
In order to confirm reservation, guests are required to sign a liability waiver (for use of kayaks, paddle boards, etc.) and a document agreeing to house rules.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside or outside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture repair/cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
