About this listing:
We are offering, for short term rental a beautiful vacation Townhome in Clearwater Beach, Florida! This vacation home is located on the inter-coastal water way and a short walk to the beautiful white sand public beaches of Clearwater Beach. The location is perfect for beach activities, checking out the local bars, restaurants and shops; and all the fun activities Clearwater Beach has to offer, like deep sea fishing, FLO-RIDER, bike and boat rentals, and so much more.
After a day at the beach or if you are feeling lazy, the property also offers a private pool area. The pool area provides comfortable lounge chairs and bathroom facilities. Beach towels and cooler are waiting for you at your townhome.
The townhome is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home built in 2017, furnished in restoration type, “beachy”, high end, custom made furniture.
The townhome is equipped with a gourmet kitchen and every appliance you will need, including “Margaretville mixer” for all your vacation drinks.
The townhome has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open onto a balcony, on each of the three (3) floors, overlooking a beautiful inlet off of the beautiful inter-coastal water way.
All four bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart TV’s. You will be able to watch all of your favorite TV shows or connect to your Netflix account and watch the latest movies on any of the six (6) TV’s.
The ground floor is set up as a play area with a pool table/ air hockey, 60 inch flat screen smart TV and plenty of seating, along with a high end outdoor dining area for your stay at home meals. The couch is a sleeper sofa (queen) on this floor if extra beds are needed.
The second floor has a very open layout with a gourmet kitchen, large living room area and a 65” smart TV. Plenty of comfortable seating is in the living area, bar stools are at the counter . Internet connectivity is available on all floors of the townhome.
The second floor has a wine/beverage display and serving station for those that want to store their favorite wines.
There is also a bedroom on the second floor. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, night stands and 45 flat screen smart TV.
The second floor balcony is furnished with high-end lounge chairs and seating, to enjoy the day or night, watching the boats and the dolphins that enjoy our inlet water.
The third floor is set up with the master bedroom, with its own private master bath (Separate walk in shower and tub). The master bedroom over-looks the water inlet and has a balcony attached to the bedroom. This balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, to enjoy your morning coffee.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King Bed, night stands and corner chair, along with a 55” flat screen smart TV.
The third and fourth bedrooms are on the third floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and nights stands and the other is furnished with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have flat screen smart TV’s.
The townhome is equipped with a washer dryer for your convenience and has a two car garage. You can park the cars and enjoy walking the tourist friendly area, or hop on the two beach cruisers or the bicycle built for two, waiting for you in the garage.
If you really want to “live it up”, we also offer chef service. If you want a special meal planned for a night or the entire stay, we can support your gourmet requests with local talented chefs.
The bottom line is; we have the property and amenities to make your vacation at Clearwater Beach the best you will ever experience.

Amazing vacation home

This townhouse was beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here immensely. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, and all the fun events near the pier. The kids loved the pool, as well. The house was clean and so spacious! The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pots and pans needed to make a few family meals. And it was wonderful to have lots of water toys and beach towels available for our entire family for the beach and pool. George was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to the one question I had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay for an amazing vacation!

Perfect Beach Getaway for a Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our family of 10—it fit all of us comfortably with plenty of space to relax. The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Being so close to the pool was also a big plus! George was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The house was well-stocked with beach supplies, which was a nice bonus. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Family Vacation

Property was gorgeous and loved being right on the canal. Views were beautiful. Location was in a quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from the beach. Plenty of space for my husband and I with our three adult children and their significant others. The beach chairs, cart, beach toys and bikes were an amazing bonus. The pool and the hot tub were so relaxing after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the pool table and the large round table in the dining area for game nights. We will definitely stay here again next time in the area!!

Getaway reunion for 8 high school girlfriends (45 years)

We have a reunion every couple years at different locations all around the country & this lovely condo could not have been more perfect! Absolutely impeccable details and amenities from the kitchen supplies to the furniture to the beach necessities. The best part was just hanging out on the lovely patio overlooking the inlet, drinks in hand, watching dolphins and enjoying the warm sunny days!George was super responsive and accommodating.

The property is amazing, exactly as described! It was perfect for our extended family of 9, steps from the pool and hot tub, short walk to the beach, restaurants, the pier and marina. George was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. There were lots of beach chairs and a beach wagon and even some toys for the kids. It was a great vacation spot!

The place was fantastic. We had 4 couples. There are 4 bedrooms so we all had our own rooms. Beautiful back water view. Saw dolphins. East walk to beach and many resturaunts. George was always available to answer any questions.pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful townhouse! Great space for family of 5. Location is excellent as we walked to Clearwater beach, shops and restaurants. Short 8 minute drive to Sand Key beach. So close to everything but the townhouse is very quiet away from busy street. George/owner is very responsive and excellent host. We definitely recommend to stay here. So convenient to park car in garage with all beach gear provided and to have washer/dryer. Loved our stay!

Family week in Paradise

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this beautiful condo. Everything about it is top-notch. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need as far as utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. We had a nice quiet family dinner there the night we arrived and everything that we could possibly need to prepare the meal was there. The location is excellent. We have tried other condos and came back to this one because it cannot be beat. It is perfect for family game nights out by the bay or just unwinding around the dinner table. I would highly recommend this condo. George is very responsive and reaches out to make sure everything is doing well there.

Our first trip to Clearwater. Loved the location. Loved the townhouse. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed walking to grab ice cream in the evenings. And walking to grab Starbucks in the mornings. We had anticipated on getting rental chairs on the beach
but it was crowded
the townhouse had enough chairs for all of us! Communication was great. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Even had beach towels.

Stayed here for a family vacation and had an amazing experience. The house was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and clean environment throughout my stay. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic host. Geoege was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and responsive to any questions or needs I had. His hospitality truly made the experience exceptional. Family Spring Break

My wife and I had been to Clearwater beach a couple times and stayed at Hotels but wanted to introduce our family to the area. We chose this property because it would accommodate everyone. Upon arrival it was an impressive townhouse which exceeded our expectations. The pictures shown don’t do it justice. House has everything you need. From beach chairs, to bikes, to a pool table, margaritaville frozen drink maker, Big TVs, games and beautiful views on all 3 levels day and night. Kids saw Dolphins and Stingrays right off the back dock. And the location is great. We rented a car and it sat for 5 days. You can walk easily to the beach, restaurants and stores. We had friends visit one day and they were blown away how nice the house was. If you can afford it just do it. You can’t put a price on great experiences. Oh and George is a great host. Very easy vacation.

Incredible Stay and Location

We had an incredible stay at Georges place. It was perfect for our large family. Not only is the house beautiful and spacious but you can walk to all the bars and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we loved meeting/chatting with our neighbors. I found myself saying this might be the best rental we have ever stayed. George was easy to communicate with and provided a ton of information. The house was stocked with all the beach essentials and more. We hope to be back yearly!!

I can’t say enough great things about this home and our stay. The host George took care of everything you would need for your stay! The bikes were great for riding to breakfast and exploring. Kids used the poles in garage to fish right off the dock too. The location was fantastic, easy to get to beach and dining! We have always stayed on the sand, we felt like we got the best of all here. Less wind, less mess but water and views and convenience. Beach was so quick and easy to reach! The home was clean and beautiful. Perfect for groups, three levels each with a water view balcony or patio. Heated pool and hot tub were very warm as well. If we had any questions George responded quickly and was always very accommodating. He truly wants guests to enjoy his home. We made so many wonderful memories together as a family, we can’t wait to stay again. I highly recommend this property. I’ve rented many homes over the years and this by far was the best for providing so many of the small details that help guests to relax and enjoy! Excellent townhome for a girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay at George’s townhome. The place was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The master bathroom is amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the beach and walkable distance to restaurants and bars. We loved the big kitchen table and second floor outdoor seating-it was a great location for us to hang out and spend time together as a group. George was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We highly recommend this rental!
