This gorgeous Madeira Beach property offers a great location, abundant amenities, and great value! Owners Balinda & Brian Gonser understand that like us, you expect high quality surroundings as you take that much needed vacation. We are confident that Madeira Beach Yacht Club 329C will provide just that.

Just out back of this 1st floor unit is a beautiful view of the Intracoastal waterway from the private screen enclosed patio with seating for 6. A beautiful covered space with seating to enjoy coffee/breakfast, lunch, dinner or just enjoy the peaceful views. A gas grill is provided outside of the porch at no charge. It is marked with the unit number.
Inside, we have decorated in a style that is bright and modern and yet it is a space where you can make yourselves at home and feel comfy. The main living space overlooks the Intracoastal waters through large sliding doors (the view is amazing). Living room has a beautiful leather sofa sleeper with a queen size gel cooled memory foam mattress (linens and pillows are stored in the Primary bedroom closet) adjacent dining and kitchen area is equipped with a dining table that can seat up to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen area has all of the comforts of home including a Keurig with an assortment of K-Cups and French vanilla creamer, a blender for those Pina Colada’s, etc. is also provided. The newly remodeled kitchen features beautiful white shaker cabinets, granite counter tops and black/stainless appliances (ice maker and dishwasher) included.

The spacious primary bedroom features an amazing King-size bed that is so comfortable you might not want to get up. The master bedroom windows look out to the same beautiful view of the water that the main living space enjoys. The master bedroom has a fully renovated private master bath with shower/tub and a large closet for unpacking . The master bathroom also has a washer & dryer (tide pods and bounce dryer sheets are supplied). Additional guests will be pleased with the cheerful second bedroom offering a queen bed as well as bunk beds (all with very nice bedding) as well. The main hall bathroom features a beautiful new walk-in shower with a glass door.
We offer something for everyone. 6 folding beach chairs, a large beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, a pop up cabana, buckets and shovels and more along with a wagon to take it on the short walk to the beach. There is also parking available at the beach for a fee if you prefer to drive. We also provided a selection of board games for those times when you might just want to hang out.
There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, as well as a smart TVs in each (so you can log in to your Netflix or other streaming programs) with the high speed internet/WiFi. The living room and primary also have cable boxes with over 300 channels. We added a charging station on the kitchen counter where you can direct plug up to 2 of your own charging cords at once (no wall plug necessary).
Madeira Beach Yacht Club has two pools, hot tub, fitness center with his and her saunas, billiards room and 4 private fishing docks overlook the Intracoastal waterway. We offer fishing poles, bait bucket and a small tackle box for use as well.
R.O.C Park is adjacent to the property with basket ball hoops, tennis courts, a playground, and splash pad for the little ones. Archibald Beach Park is 0.3 miles away and offers a superb beach experience. So load up that wagon and go enjoy the day!
Madeira Beach is a small seaside community sandwiched between the Intracoastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west.
Within walking distance of this Condo is a Winn Dixie, CVS, Dollar Tree, The Salt Water Hippie Bar, as well as the public beach.
Other things to note
Please note we do not provide snorkel equipment. You can walk to Salty Boat rentals if interested in renting a pontoon or other boat for the day!
