The condo was perfect for our group and exceeded expectations. It was gorgeous and had all the essentials! The decor was stunning and the detail put into decorating was top notch. Location was great with beach access a short walk and close to everything. We had a fantastic trip and highly recommend this property.

Nice Retreat

We overall enjoyed our trip to Madeira Beach because of this property. We were here for a softball tournament, so being close to ROC Park and having a kitchen and full size refrigerator was a necessity. This condo fit the bill perfectly. We loved the kitchen and the layout of the condo. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make simple meals. I would suggest bringing/purchasing some parchment paper or non-stick spray for the any baking in the oven to keep clean up simple. Overall, our experience was positive and we will look to stay here again!Onto the cons of the property. Although it was quiet and we didn't hear the neighboring condos, the trash was picked up everyday and the garbage truck was loud and early. Luckily, we were already awake for my daughter's softball games! Also, the the front two bedrooms had vents over the doors, I assume for circulation, that would allow sound to travel into the rooms. Because of this, we had to make sure we had everything done in the kitchen before our kids went to sleep or after they were awake in the morning. We have sound machines, so it really didn't bother our kids but could affect those who do not travel with one.

Great property near the beach

This property has been nicely decorated and has a great location to the beach. A short walk across the beach with white sand and gentle waves. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which is nice for a 3 bedroom property. They provide some beach supplies (4 towels and a sun umbrella). Not impacting my review but two of the bedroom closets do t have a clothes bar to hang your belongings which is odd but everything was fantastic. An exceptional balcony with water view, spacious condo and very clean. We would stay here again

Quiet, modern, clean, close to beach

Great modern condo. Covered parking and well kept property! convenient walk to grocerie, beach, and short drive to other places. Meet all of our expressions for beeing wheelchair accessible and pet friendly. Our suggestion would be for cleaning supplies such as broom, dust mop, spray to be available. Also some hooks in the hall and bathroom. In the bedrooms would be nice to have closet rods and stools for the kitchen island.

Madiera Beach

We have been going to these beaches for 20 years. It is heartbreaking to see the damage that the hurricanes have done this past year. Places are finally open for business and the I was happy to give my support to such a great beach community. Some many great places to each and the beaches are as beautiful as ever. This place is practically new. Very clean. Firm beds. Ideally located. We will stay here again.
