Cute little house that was perfect for us! Plenty of room to meet our needs. My kids loved the pool! We typically stay within walking distance of the beach but driving there was pretty quick!

The house was as advertised. We are family of 4 and we had plenty of space, kitchen well equiped., great pool overall super experience. The 2nd bahtroom in the garage is actually very hany since you can access it from outside, while in the pool. We would book again.

Great place!
We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Our only complaint was our very first day we had a pretty major issue and couldn't get ahold of the management company at the number they had provided. The next day when we called again "Angela" said she wished we had called sooner. We did. Angela kept declining our calls. However after the issue was fixed the rest of our vacation was beautiful and flawless. I would still return and tell my friends and family about this property!

This is such a cute house. It fit my family of 4 perfectly. The pool was so much fun and it's close to many beaches! Would definitely stay here again.

Could have been better
Overall, it wasn't a bad property...there were nice aspects (kitchen, living room, pool looked nice, etc.), but it could have been much better. The neighborhood seemed rundown, which made it feel less safe. Recommendations: pull the overgrown weeds from the indoor patio, clean up the paint cans and other things in the garage that wouldn't have been appropriate for kids to be around (being that the 2nd bathroom is in the garage, I'm glad we didn't have kids with us), fix the broken fence pieces, consider getting a new electronic lock (it took us 5-10 tries to get it to lock EVERY time we tried to leave the house, since it wouldn't match up well. Very frustrating!), and leave a light on for the renters. If we would've arrived at night, we would've walked into a dark house and had to try to find the pull-cord for the ceiling light since the switch didn't work. Considering how the neighborhood looked, we may have turned around and stayed elsewhere. The proximity to the beach was nice, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Good location, interesting bathroom
Spent the first day of vacation outside using the pool. Very nice appearance, however there was an awful smell in the backyard. Like something was rotting. That was the only time we spent in the backyard because of the smell. Couldn’t find the second bathroom. Tried turning on the garage light, which didn’t work. As there was a note indicating the 2nd bathroom was located in the garage. Bedding looked nice, but was full of stains. So wasn’t sure if it had been washed or if they were just stained? It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Easy access without the crowds
The place was a bit smaller than I expected and good use a little updating, but worked out great. Location was easy to get us places without the crazy traffic right on water. Pool and tiki bar was fun. Multiple beach towels a plus. Beds were comfortable and pillows and blankets very comfy. Had one issue when there that really wasn't anyone's fault and was rectified the next day. Suggestions: more lounge type chairs around the pool.
