Property Overview - Beautiful modern 2- story builders special home in Largo, Florida! Located just 5 short miles from beautiful Florida beaches. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and schools. Home is equipped with gas water heater so you can turn on from your phone for instant hot water, no waiting at all! Brand new electric washer & dryer included. All gorgeous granite countertops and unique chandelier lighting. Very big spacious bedrooms, as well as large closets! The master bedroom is equipped with a ton of great features including sliding barn doors connecting the master bed to the master bath, His and hers shower in the master bathroom, Master closest also has easy built in hampers & plenty of shelving, as well as a fireplace in the master. Upstairs rooms are spacious with huge closets, with jack and Jill bathroom. Special features throughout the home include Roof deck, courtyard with gas fire pit and fountain, storefront windows gorgeous rock wall inside with led lighting, and high ceilings.

First Class!

This was our second stay. The house is roomy with lots of luxury details, but the location is what brought us back. Close to the beaches, Countryside area, and St. Petersburg. The only change I would suggest is more comfortable living room furniture and more of it. Thank you for a very nice home away from home.

This is our second time staying at this property and once again, we had a great time! The check-in/out process remained simple and convenient, the listing accurately described the property, interior and exterior areas of the home were clean ans well maintained, and the location suited our needs for the holidays. This is a beautiful home, very nice entry, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, with high end tile, fixtures, etc. Very clean and well stocked with everything needed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Clean and accurate description of property. It is a bit sparsely furnished relative to comfort seating in public space. Posting the house rules on the wall on entry was a poor representation of an otherwise upscale property.

Beautiful house close to everything.

A beautiful modern house with more than enough space for everyone to spread out and have their privacy. The house was clean, well stocked and close to everything Clearwater has to offer. The host was very gracious, professional and communicated cleary and quickly. Very highly recommend.

Quick getaway for Clearwater, FL visit.

The property is exactly as listed. We enjoyed our stay. It wasn't our attention to spend as much time at the property as we did. However, due to the weather, we were forced to cancel our outing plans and ended up spending more time in the home. I'm glad we chose this property.

Very nice home

This was one of the BEST places that we have stayed to date. When I go home to visit my family, I will be renting this home. It’s very up to date. Very modern, very spacious! The owner was very responsive to our needs as well. Great choice.
