House Rules (Must Read Before Booking):
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for everyone, all guests must adhere to the following rules:

Expectations
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Turn off all unused appliances, A/C, and stove/oven before leaving
• Parking limited to 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 on driveway). No street parking
• No early luggage drop-off or access unless pre-approved
• Only registered guests may stay overnight (approval required for any extras)

Strictly Prohibited (Fines Will Apply)
• No shoes inside the home
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property – $1,000 fine
• No parties, events, birthdays, or bachelor/ette gatherings – $1,000 fine + cancellation
• No pets
• No mail/package deliveries to the property
• Do not rearrange or move furniture
• Do not unplug TVs, lamps, streaming devices, or smart monitors
• Do not disturb the neighbors at any time

Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
(Late check-in fee may apply after 10:00 PM)

• Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp

Overage Policy
Unauthorized overnight guests beyond your reservation will incur a $200 fine per person, per night.

The VRBO account holder must be present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation with no refund (per VRBO's policy).

Property Monitoring & Disclosures
To maintain guest safety and protect our home, we have the following devices on-site:

• 3 outdoor cameras: Front entrance, backyard pool area, and side gate — record video and audio only when motion is detected

• 1 indoor smart noise monitor in the living room — detects decibel levels and smoking only
This device does not record conversations, images, or video

These devices are active 24/7. There are no indoor cameras and no devices that invade guest privacy. Tampering with or unplugging any equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund.
