We would love to share our beach house with you! On the beach....step off the deck onto the sand! Wide open views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. Sleep to the sound of the surf! Our home sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths! Absolutely the perfect property for a vacation, intimate wedding or family gathering on the beach! This classic beach house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two attached efficiency apartments each sleep 2 extra guests. Efficiencies have SEPARATE entrances and also open to the rest of the house as an option. You will love the open floor plan and very comfortable atmosphere and furnishings. Watch awesome sunsets from two extra large decks, enjoy the beautiful beach or just relax in the hammock. Conveniently located to dining, John’s Pass Village for shopping, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing and gambling cruises. Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, museums and much more are a 30-minute ride. Even Disney World is just over an hour away. The Beach Trolley makes regular stops right in front. A better spot you won’t find! Amenities: Grill, cable television, DVD, stereo, phone, WiFi, outside shower, fully equipped kitchen & linens, washer/dryer, central heat & air, and ceiling fans.

This was our second year at this property. We appreciated the addition of a dishwasher! Can’t beat the gulf views and proximity of the beach. Friendly suggestions would be black out curtains in the 2 bedrooms next to the street. Also, it would be nice to be able to lock the street front bedrooms from the outside. Otherwise this property meets our needs and is comfortable. We will be back.

Perfect fit for our family!

This house provided everything we could have asked for. Excellent location right on the beach, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and super comfortable. I was really worried about the location but Susan assured us it would be fine and it was. Close to restaurants, but really the best part was walking out the door and being on beautiful St. Pete Beach. We hope to stay again next year!

Family Beach Getaway

We loved the house and the location! We had lots of space to spread out with the 5 bedrooms. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We cooked meals in the kitchen everyday and it was stocked well with all the necessities. Susan was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. She had beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas available to use. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off. We would come back again! Thanks for sharing your home with us! Amy

Nice house with beautiful views and direct beach access. The house had plenty of room for the family especially with the 4 bathrooms. Tons of stuff to do within a 5 minute drive. Would love to return!

Awesome location.

Beautiful location right on the beach. House was very clean and lots of room for the family with beautiful views of the ocean. The two outdoor decks were a bonus space to spend time with the family. Host was very responsive to all our requests.

Beach Living

There were 10 of us on a family reunion. There was plenty of room for all with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Open living/dining/kitchen area. There was an upper & lower deck outside. Spent a lot of time on the lower deck which had a picnic table & lots of sitting space around a permanent counter. There was room for outdoor games next to the lower deck. Great views from the upper deck but no table up there. Still nice to view sunsets & gulf. Its about 2 minutes to the beach. Very nice spot as it was relatively distant 'from the public beach access points. Had lots of room for us to spread out. The unit is on a busy street but on the beachside of the house the traffic noise wqs negligible. The 2 bedrooms on the street could be noisy at night. There wasn't a dishwasher but there is a great laundry room. Susan was great with communication & checking in & out was painless.

Amazing beach cotrage

This is the cutest little beach cottage. It easily sleeps 10 and had 4 bathrooms!! All one level and steps away from the beach! The property location is ideal. Communication with the property manager was easy and she quick to respond. We had the best time here and will definitely be booking it again in the future!

Christmas Beach vacation

Great location, very close to the beach. Close to Publix. House is not new but very comfortable and kept up. Five bedrooms were perfect for our six family members, but it would sleep 10. Very nice outdoor covered seating area where you can eat all your meals.

Perfect beach getaway for the family.

Had a great trip in TI. The home was big enough for our group of 7 and you have everything you need for a beach vacation. You are a 2-3 minute walk to your beach spot for the day, a quick walk back if needed. The home is located minutes from a grocery store and plenty of restaurants depending on your preference and a short drive to some larger cities if desired.
