Great trip for a first time visit to Clearwater Beach . Condo pictures and reality matched. Very clean and perfectly appointed unit for the vacation. From the terrific views off the deck and the ease of being able to walk to so many great dining options it was exactly what we hoped for. The owner, Colleen, was very responsive at booking time and all the way through our stay. Even after we left she called when he found something important we had left behind. Luckily we were still in the neighborhood ( remember all the great dining options) and I was able to meet up with her. Great place to stay with a top notch owner.

Great Clearwater Beach Condo

This was a very nice condo and location. Easy walking distance to the beach. Quiet surroundings. Well appointed and spacious. Loved the large balcony. We had 4 people and it was great to have so much room. The pool and hot tub were empty most of the time. The elevator in the building did break down on our last day (Easter Sunday) and was not fixed when we checked out so it was a bit of a struggle to lug all of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. Keep that in mind if you have older people in your party. Otherwise it was a great choice for us and I would stay here again.

Coffee with Dolphins

Our family enjoyed this beautiful spot steps away from Clearwater Beach. Far enough off the strip that it is very quiet, yet close enough that you can grab dinner and drinks with a short walk. The condo is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We all sat out each morning while enjoying coffee, dolphin and manatee sitings. At night, the lights over the water from the homes across the water was a really pretty view. We loved our stay!

Such a fun and beautiful stay!

This was such a fun vacation for a family of 6. Perfect location with a 10 min walk to the beach and by everything else! The property was very comfortable, very clean and bigger in person than in pictures! It’s a perfect stay if you are headed out to Clearwater!

New and great for families

This was a great condo! Very large and clean. Patio was huge- bedrooms were also large. There is a closet in the master bedroom that is large enough to fit a pack n play so if you are traveling with and infant/ toddler it’s a great option. Pool and hot tub were great, it’s not a huge building so there were never more than 10 people using them. About 1/2 a mile to the beach ( beach cart, cooler and towels provided). We have three kids ( 9,5,2) and the walk was manageable for the 9 and 5 yo- 2 yo rode in the beach cart. There are also restaurants and shops a couple of blocks away as well. The main strip on Clearwater beach was very busy ( we were there end of March/ beginning of April). Walking to the pier/ central part of the action is about a mile. It was much easier to walk then look for parking in that area. This condo was far enough away that it was still quiet despite being in walking distance, which we appreciated with young kids. Very responsive property manager- she gave her cell # and any questions we had were answered immediately. Great place! We would stay here again.

Perfect condo with a great view. Well equipped kitchen and lots of extra bedding and pillows. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Very secure and quiet. I will definitely book here again
