The condo was clean, kitchen has everything we needed for our week stay. The pool next to the ocean was an awesome perk and the kids enjoyed swimming with the option to go out to the ocean and spend time on the beach in the Florida sunshine.

The San Remo building, location, parking, pool, and hot tub are outstanding. This was our third stay in the San Remo building and our first in this particular unit. We liked being on the first floor and the unit had everything we needed. The beds, pillows, and linens were comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee maker every morning. Our only complaint was that it seemed as though no one had been in the unit in quite some time. It was not very clean. There was hair on both bathroom’s shower floors, a used cleaning rag on the dining room floor, dust on two of the tables (thick enough to write your name in), and I can confidently say that none of the area rugs were vacuumed at all (if I were managing this property—I’d throw those rugs in the trash). Our previous two visits at the San Remo were booked through VRBO and we communicated directly with the unit owners. This particular visit, however—which was also booked through VRBO, felt as though a third party or property manager was our liaison. So
it was a less personal experience. For example—there was no parking pass left for us. We luckily found one folded up in a drawer. Also, when I reported the disappointing cleanliness—I was asked to send pictures (which I did). I never received a response. All in all—it was a lovely vacation and we were very happy to be there. The bird sanctuary right next store is a can’t miss. We strolled through several times and loved hearing and seeing the constant bird activity.

Good location & plenty of parking

Overall the property wasn't bad. The location is good and there was plenty of parking. Check-in was easy and painless. The condo is in need of some tlc. The wallpaper in the livingrm is peeling off and there is a musty smell throughout which could probably be fixed with a dehumidifier. It wasn't dirty but could use a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, we didn't realize when booking that the pool & hot tub were closed due to storm damage so that was disappointing. We would probably stay there again when everything is back in working order. damage.

Our stay was great! From the time I booked until after our departure, the property manager Aleksandra, was wonderful. She was quick to answer questions and make sure we had the things that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The room was updated and modern. It was clean. It had all the things we needed like beach chairs and toiletries. Would definitely stay again!

Girls Trip

Property was very nice. Unfortunately, there was construction going on which we were told was on the other side of the building, however, it was extremely loud starting at 8:00am each day. We were under the impression that it would not affect us. Location was very good.

Beautiful and great location

The condo is gorgeous and perfect for a family. Beach is right there with pool and hot tub in between when you need a break from the salt water. Balcony has nice view and comfy seating.

This condo was perfect for us. We came down for the St. Pete Grand Prix race. It was a great location. Great views. Clean, it had everything for a family. Only sad we didn't spend more time there and on its beach front. it's nice and convenient. They supplied everything.

Seabird lovers paradise

We loved the easy access to the adjacent Seabird Sanctuary! The rental is very clean with modern design elements. Walks on the beach and daily visits to the free sanctuary next door were highlights of the stay.

Fun with friends

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious and clean and the balcony was great There were many places right off of gulf ave. My favorite part of the week was going to the pool and hot tub and the ocean. It was so nice to just walk through the pool gate and be on the ocean! So happy we rented with Izabella and Aleksandra. Great Place

Love the place and location. Remodeling noise was a little annoying but the place will be even nicer once it is done. We were glad we were only there one day during the week because of construction noise. Would suggest that owner provide some type of local television stations. We had some weather warnings but had no way to local broadcast stations to stay informed. We did had streaming service which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Holiday getaway

Great central location-close to airports & stores, steps to beach and pool. Easy check-in, responsive hosts and all the touches that make a non hotel stay worth it! Easy parking, keypad entry, smart TV's in all the rooms, Wifi (maddeningly slow in the evening if you have to catch up on work) and stocked with pool/beach supplies so you don't have to pack them.
