After a full day of sight-seeing adventures or fun in the sun on our beautiful Gulf beaches, come home to the peacefulness of the island and relax on the balcony with afternoon cocktails or a quick snack before heading out for the evening. This getaway has been tastefully decorated with elegant and bright touches throughout along with sleek furnishings. Prepare one-of-a-kind meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise your group!

***Sleeping Arrangements***
Master bedroom has a KING size bed, master bath has a double sink vanity and must see walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 FULL beds, tranquil paint colors and premium bedding.

As you walk, jog or bike our quaint Spanish named streets you’re sure to see Florida’s shorebirds resting and feeding in and around our island lakes and manicured gardens. Our property is also just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort Desoto State Park and Fort Desoto’s North Beach. Don’t forget to check out the area’s local restaurants, unique shops, fishing, swimming, golfing and boating, cruises and nightlife. This is the perfect Florida getaway.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle. Please park in labeled for unit in front of the building. There is a guest parking available but it is first come first serve.

IMPORTANT HOA NOTICE – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Our condo association has recently implemented new guest requirements that all tenants must comply with prior to their stay. These rules are mandatory and outside of our control, but we are committed to helping make the process as smooth as possible for you.

All guests are required to:
Submit a valid photo ID
Complete a brief guest information form
Undergo a basic background check (required by the HOA)
Register all vehicles for parking pass issuance
There is a $100 fee for parking, please bring a money order/check with you. Our property management does not allow credit cards or cash as a form of payment.

** This information must be submitted in advance of your arrival to avoid any issues with check-in or access to the property. We understand this may feel like a hassle and truly appreciate your cooperation.

NOTE: Max Capacity for this unit is 6 people including children, no exceptions

Guest Access:
You will have your own entrance, and will not share this space with anyone else.

The Neighborhood:
Located within a resort like feel community and boasts an 18 hole golf course, yacht club (membership required), swimming pools, shuffleboard, walking paths and much more!Minutes to the beautiful white sand on St. Pete Beach, as well as local restaurants and shops.

Getting Around:
Isla Del Sol is conveniently located just at the entrance to both St Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach and Tierra Verde, where you can easily access Fort Desoto Park as well. I-275 is just a couple miles away.
The grocery store is about 2 miles away and quite a few restaurants are within a 1-3 mile radius.

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.

There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.

NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the condo for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7.



HURRICANES / STORMS:
We do our best to work with guests in the event of a named-storm. As a general rule we will only refund or allow a date change if there is;

1) A named Hurricane is directly impacting our property (I.e. We are in the 5-Day NHC “National Hurricane Center” Warning Cone) and where;
2) Local authorities have issued a voluntary evacuation order for our area.

Obviously hurricanes can impact large sections of FL with bad weather during hurricane season (from June 1 to Nov 30), so we tend to keep to the rules above, as in previous years we would get cancellation requests just because of the bad weather that accompanies the storm vs there being any real risks from the storm.

It’s a risk guests take when reserving a home in FL during its 6-Month Hurricane season. AirBnB’s official policy is that they do not refund in areas of the country where there are weather conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location during that time - and AirBnB specifically cites Florida's hurricane season among its examples.
