2025 winter getaway

We actually didn’t stay at this property. The elevator was out did to the hurricane so the property manager switched us to a different location with an elevator. I appreciate the switch. Although the unit at the Holiday Villas III was a little challenging. There was no cable or internet for almost 2 days. Frankie was great trying to help on his day off. The office managed to get in touch with the owner of the unit to resolve the issue. The furniture really needs to be updated. There were tiny ants in the kitchen, office sent out the exterminator and resolved that issue. The maintenance guy was really helpful. We even got locked out of the condo. He came to save the day again. I understand there was a hurricane and don’t want to go on any more. We did have a nice stay overall.
