Welcome to the Shell Suite! Equipped with smart TVs in every room, whole building water purification system and high speed internet, this suite boasts 2 queen size bedrooms, One bathroom with a tub/shower and a full kitchen, stocked with supplies, this suite also has a private full sized washer and dryer. A large balcony grants direct views or the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the pool and hot tub area. The Shell Suite has an exterior staircase providing direct access to the pool area, leading directly to the beach by way of the hot tub.
Ample parking on site, including a garage space. Located across the street from the best restaurant in town, Salt Rock Grill. Steps away from Indian Shores Coffee Shop. There is also a Sunday market during season, directly across the street at Town Hall. Town Hall also offers free tennis courts, a children s park on the water and a library, all literally across the street!

The pool and hot tub are open, hot tub is on a set timer to ensure it cycles properly and water doesn't evaporate. We ask that equipment is not touched during your stay. It turns on at 6pm until 10pm, no children under 12 allowed in hot tub, no exeptions. Keep glass away from pool area.

And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year. Did you just fall out of your chair? Grossest thing Ive ever heard. We wash ours each time. EACH TIME. Yes. You re welcome. So snuggle up with confidence, my friends.

Very nice

We had an amazing time here. There were some issues, the pool and hot tub timer were messed up every day, the beds were wore out and help like you were sliding toward the middle. Our friends next doors ac quit working. You can tell they have been updating and we were completely understand of it. We had an awesome vacation here. Contacted the property manager several times to book for next year but we never get any replies.

The place itself was excellent! Very clean and well kept. The only 2 things I would say would be, please update the instructions for check in. The instructions stated things about garage doors that were no longer in place and the location of the lock boxes was very confusing. We walked around for 10 minutes trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. Also, there was construction going on just outside the property on the beach. The beautiful views of the beach were blocked by large construction equipment and orange construction fences. I would have liked to know this before I booked the reservation.

Clean and great location. Was not alerted there would be bulldozers parked on the beach right beside our place. They were working on building up the sand level from the hurricane from last year. Lights flickering most of the time they were on. Not sure what was causing that. All of them did this. Sliding door was hard to open and close. Overall, would stay again if all were fixed.

Great Location and Amenities! We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The location right on the Gulf Coast was fantastic, and we really appreciated the swimming pool area, which provided nice shade for us to relax in between trips to the beach.One thing to note is that there was quite a bit of road noise in the evenings, given its proximity to the main entrance of the beach access. Additionally, we found that blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a great improvement, as the bright morning light at 6 AM was a bit challenging, especially since we were adjusting to a three-hour time zone difference coming from the Pacific Northwest. However, this might not be an issue for most.Overall, it was a fantastic stay! Thank you for the great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, modern and the AC was coooooold. But the location was the shining star! Loved the pool area and was steps from the beach. The steps directly to the pool area were very nice and convenient and set this place apart from the other condos in the building. We would stay here again for sure!

Great Little Place

Very clean, the condo was roomy but the building was small—perfect, because I absolutely do not want to stay in a large high rise on the beach. Just three units, and the condos beside it are also small (and some not in use right now due to hurricane recovery), so it made for few people on this part of the beach. Perfect for my family. Beautiful space on the inside and out!

Cute location

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mom and daughter. The condo was very clean and smelled nice. We love the lounging area around the pool. It was all decorated so cute. We were in the shell suite with stairs leading right up to the room, which we loved. The closeness of the beach and pool was great. The owners were very hospitable and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Great vacation

This place was was place was a perfect location-literally steps away from the beach. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Prior reviews noted a broken balcony rail, but this must have been repaired before our arrival as that was not an issue for us. There was a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub never got warm. It was a great place to stay and will definitely be back.

Garage parking area is very tight. Information on site tells you to close garage doors; there are none. Limited parking. Stairwell to units needs serious cleaning. Condo needs TLC. Doors were off on closets and stuck in closets. Laundry was shared between all units. Kitchen seriously lacking for usable pots and pans, utensils, etc. Coffee pot was filthy. Kitchen table very wobbly & only had 3 chairs. Closets had about 5 hangers. Smart Tv' in bedroom wouldn't work because batteries were dead in remote. Pool had a lot of sand in it. Overpriced for what was presented as. Only thing that was good was having a view of ocean.

Great location!

Best thing about this place is the location! We stayed Easter weekend and the beaches weren’t overcrowded like they were just a few miles down at Clearwater. The condo itself is in need of some tlc. The handle on the door didn’t latch and was loose. Not having any tools, my husband used a butter knife to try to tighten back up and we used the deadbolt to keep it closed which isn’t necessarily a problem unless you’re making multiple trips in and out. The duvet cover was still wet when we got there but at least we knew it was washed. Lol The shower curtain needs to be replaced
 It was yellow and nasty on the inside. More washcloths would have been nice too. Walls and baseboards could use a freshly coat of paint
 you could see where they did touch ups all over the wall.but it makes it look like there’s stuff all over the walls.

Annual girls trip.

My mom, sister and I came back this year for our annual girls trip. We love the location! Views are breathtaking and access to great restaurants super close. Dockside Dave’s is a fave. We will be back!

Overall it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the common areas, and the kitchen was in good working condition. The water in the bathroom sink should be looked at as well as the shock hazard outside by the sliding door. The hanging plug and wires were scary. There was also yellow tape around the side rails of the balcony, didn’t seem safe, but we didn’t plan on hanging off it, so that’s fine. An overhead fan outside with a light would be GREAT. Thanks for the great stay and even with everything mentioned, I’m not opposed staying here again.

Upon arrival, no garage door opener in room. Table leg was broken. Zero to no water preasure on bathroom sink, shower head was terrible, matresses sank in middle, balcony railing was broken and wrapped in caution tape, the new renters paeked in wrong spot and it was impossible to get to our vehicle, son had to climb under their truck to open garage door. Owner was nice, but unit needs work

Family/friends summer vacation

This place was a hidden gem! It was our first time staying here and in the area. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed in the shell suite and our friends stayed in the one next door. The water pressure in the bathroom was almost non existent and the pool/hot tub wasn’t working at one point and when we texted the owner, their response was immediate and they sent someone to fix the pool and acknowledged the faucet. It was very clean. The washer and dryer were right outside in the hallway and very convenient. The location couldn’t be beat. We were directly on the beach and the kids had an absolute blast going from beach to pool all day. It was walkable to a coffee shop, restaurants, and a nature walk. Very safe area. Downsides- The patio furniture on our side was meh. There was only one chair for the high top table and a 2 seater tiny couch. There light on the deck was also broken. The pool was quite dirty. We were told the pool company came 2 days per week, but probably could’ve used it more often during peak season or left a pool vacuum of some sort so we could’ve cleaned it ourselves. Even so, we are very excited to book again next year! It was perfect for what we needed and will absolutely be back!
