The Palm Suite:

*The Original Salt Water Suites property is meticulously maintained, with 11 unique 1BR, 2BR, and Studio Suites. It is a non-smoking complex, and guests are encouraged to read the house rules before booking.

No pets allowed. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the suite. Your check-in time is a firm 4:00 PM EST. No early check-ins will be permitted. Your check-out time is a firm 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for late check-outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
