We appreciated all the good local restaurants nearby. The beach was clean and uncrowded. Our view from the balcony was lovely. The air conditioning was not working at check in, but the management company did an excellent job getting someone out right away and resolving the issue. What could have been bad ended up being no big deal because of the professionalism of the management company. I forgot an important item when checking out and the management company again stepped right up to find the item and ship it to me. Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals is an excellent company to work with. Well done! I'd rent from them again.

Ants in kitchen and on dining table, this wasn’t addressed after reporting it.I never saw anyone at the rental office, so I can’t really rate the professionalism. You get your keys from a box and return them in a drop slot. Even during business hours. I’ve vacationed here for years and the vibe of this town has definitely changed. Do not go to the beach after dark. It is unsafe now.

The property management staff and the owners kept in touch during our mandatory evacuation period and were as helpful as they could be throughout.IRB is my favourite place and this condo really adds to the experience. The main bedroom is incredible with patio doors leading out onto an ocean view balcony, as does the lounge. The condo is spacious and clean and has a shop, bars and restaurants across the road. Highly recommended.

Loved the location as it is a pretty quiet stretch of beach! The view and size of the balcony was great! The condo is well equipped. We really have zero complaints!
