You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, April, June, July to Mid-August. One week minimum stay. Rest of the year 5 night minimum, except holidays. Holidays are 7-day minimum; Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter, and 4th of July.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Fishing Off the Docks.
No Parties.
No Trailers.

Things were in good condition and the place was nice. We would not rent again as the pool gets about 10 minutes of sun.Would recommend owners not take up so much space in the closets.

Beautiful condo , clean spacious and well equipped! The weather did not cooperate but we still had a great time sightseeing all the shops and restaurants. ! I would definitely reccomend booking with VRBO. Very easy process.

Great/relaxing time

We took a few (too short) days to decompress and get away. It was a great place to stay! Condo was awesome and management staff was great!! Only negative was the occupants above us partied late and their littles woke up early. Might be beneficial to have an outlet for renters to get this handled without confrontation. Would definitely come back!!

Wonderful Condo!!!

We loved everything about the condo. It’s so beautiful and huge. I especially loved the master bath, kitchen and the view. Everyone was so friendly and we love how it’s a smaller complex. Our car battery died and a lovely local resident lives their in her condo. She offered her car so my husband could go pick up a new one. That was so awesome! The aquarium was great! We loved seeing Winter from Dolphin Tale. We would definitely stay here again. A. Chiappetta

Must read before booking

Pros: Excellent view - Great location - 10 minute walk to the beach - Appliances are great Cons - Upon arrival we had no code or instructions on how to get up the elevator (We had to stand there for 10 minutes for someone to let us up. Once we went back out, we were locked out again until someone showed us how to access the elevator) - Room code doesn't work every time (we'd leave and comeback, type the code in and it would only work after the 3rd or 4th try) - The towels had holes in them, dirty towels, wet towels - Bathroom was dirty (my wife had to clean it) shower was dirty - hair was in the drawers in the bathroom - hair was on the lamp shades in the bedroom and living area - my wife woke up with hair in her head that was not hers after our first night there so we washed all the sheets and pillow cases - Hair/dirt/food was in the chairs in the living room (the cracks in the chairs are uncleaned) We requested the cleaners come back out and clean and upon their return, they only left new towels and wash clothes but not cleaning was done nor did they take the dirty ones. in fact, the dirty one were there our entire 6 day stay. By the time they came back, we'd bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the property. The pots and pans are not non stick so you'll need to watch your food as it cooks so that it doesn't stick to the pan - There is limited oven supplies to cook in - the ceiling fan on the balcony when you first walk out has a glitch in it. It would cut on and off by its self and the light would flicker on and off. Keep an eye on this as this is a fire hazard. The panel on the balcony door seem to be coming off - the bed is very uncomfortable (we woke up everyday with aches and pains) the bed is a mattress and box spring in one and is very soft. if you have back, leg or body issues, this bed will be a nightmare for you. The T.V. in the living room cuts off by its self while you're watching it - Property manager Mick was very responsive. The issues above really placed a damper on our vacation. The sad part is, when these things happen, the property group doesn't offer anything for your issues. They'll get on the post to apologize to save face with future vacationers. I feel the cleaning fee should've been returned to us since we had to clean it ourselves. If, this condo is cleaned properly and the above issues are fixed, it's a great place to stay. I hope and pray that you don't have to go through what we went through.

Fall getaway

Spectacular views. Very clean, and great location. It was close to beach, park, and shops. Plenty of space. Beds were super comfortable and unit was kept amazing with every thing you would need. We would book this unit again!

The condo was larger than expected. The view was fabulous looking out over inter-coastal. Kitchen amenities were acceptable as we cooked several times. We would have preferred a king bed in master and another bedroom with queen bed instead of bunk beds.

We had a delightful stay in this lovely home. We developed a tech glitch, which my husband communicated with the management office. The friendly person was quick to call a tech who kindly appeared at our door in less than 10 min. He smiled wide and said I’ll have you up and running in no time ! Which he did. Great property!

The owner is absolutely awesome. Our daughter went sick in the booked timeframe and we were not able to travel. We could change our booking without any additional fee, that is outstanding. The condo is absolutely great, in a nice area and with a perfect view. The kids were watching dolphins from the balcony. If possible, we will come back!

Amazing!

So far, the best VRBO we've stayed at! The condo is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and the outdoor balcony is fantastic. Easy check-in at the main office and they gave us lots of information about restaurants, local grocery stores, etc. Best part was the balcony. Great views, plenty of chairs, and at some point each day we ended up sitting outside just watching the boats, the pelicans, or the occasional dolphin . It's walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and all the shops. Easy parking, pool/hot tub were fun and never crowded, and in a nice neighborhood. Loved our visit and would definitely stay here again! .

Amazing!

Clean, breathtakingly amazing, lived up the every expectation we had. We loved the balcony. We saw several dolphins in the marina, the pool and hot tub was awesome! Parking was great as well! Walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants! Would stay here again! Definitely recommended!! Wonderful view of the marina, sunrises and sunsets! Breezy and very open concept, very modern as well! Thank you for letting us stay!

This condo is absolutely amazing. The views are gorgeous and the condo is brand new with everything you can possibly need. It is extremely clean and the rental agency helped with any questions I had.
