The Livery Guesthouse is an intimate eight-room boutique hotel set in a historic 1905 landmark in the heart of downtown Tarpon Springs. As an adults-oriented property, The Livery welcomes guests 16 and older, everyone in the reservation must meet this age minimum, making it a calm, grown-up retreat.

The building has been thoughtfully reimagined to blend its original character with modern coastal design, so you get historic soul with today's comforts. It's a fully staffless property with easy self-check-in, giving you a private, low-key stay on your own schedule.

Each of the eight rooms is designed as a serene retreat, layering texture and warmth with high-end Restoration Hardware furnishings, gold accents, ambient lighting, and spa-inspired ensuite bathrooms with glass showers. Rooms come in three styles: the Signature King (sleeps 2), the Signature Queen Accessible (sleeps 2, with a widened entryway and roll-in shower), and the Signature Double Queen (sleeps 4). Every room includes free Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, smart TV, blackout shades, a handheld steamer, hairdryer, and toiletries.
