They was so unorganized u ask for simple things that they couldn’t provide like house keeping giving u fresh towels our suit didn’t have washcloths just big towels they gave us the run around only was nice it’s the beach and the got so much construction going on hopefully it will get better I do like the area

It was made very apparent that building 3 and 4 were being torn down. The room smelled clean and was welcoming when we arrived, as the stay continued the mild smell was overwhelming. Our eyes stung. The staff were amazing. But do not stay in building 3or 4.

The room is not at all like the one in the pictures. The room has so much dirt and fuzzy stuff on the ceiling. The floors appear to have had a flood. The bath tub looks like it’s never been cleaned. The sink needs to be replaced. The refrigerator has do much thick dust. I’m not sure if the bedding has been changed between guests.

You drive in to a beautiful hotel then they give you a room in another building where they are doing construction. Mess not happy and they charge you without telling you. Fees for everything.
