Beautiful condo right on the beach

The condo itself was beautiful. The exterior is a little aged and undergoing construction from recent hurricane damage, but the property managers were upfront about what to expect and it didn’t affect our trip much. The condo is technically on the first floor, but does require elevator or flight of stairs to reach. They had a wagon, cooler, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs (along with some toys) which made our packing easier and time on the beach very enjoyable. The beach area is spacious. Unfortunately we didn’t get to visit the pool due to work going on, but it was conveniently located as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Perfect in every sense of the word.

This was our family’s first plane trip. Mom, dad, 8 year old, 6 year old, and 1 year old. In addition to being very clean and nicely decorated/outfitted, the place being “rent-in-ready” was what meant the most to us. The owners had thought about everything a family could need - and provided it. Crib, highchair, towels, coffee, paper towels, board games, beach chairs and toys, hand soap, dish and laundry detergent, and all silverware and plates. Literally everything we needed (except food) was already there. This particular unit’s location to the beach and pool couldn’t be beat. A truly amazing view from the balcony. It was clear that all appliances and electronics were recently upgraded and are top of the line. With our rental car, all food and activities were within a 10 minute drive. A great location and our best family vacation. We will be coming back!

Great trip

We have stayed many times at seagate in different units. The condo itself it’s great, and situated in the perfect location. We have access to all of our favorite places within walking distance (Salt Rock, Indian Shires Coffee company, putt putt).The ocean view is amazing. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of beach items to use, including chairs.My only suggestion to the owners is to replace the shower head in the master bathroom. It doesn’t function well. Probably due to the hard water at all beach properties. We had a great stay and would return to the condo in the future.Thank you for a great stay!

This property is perfect for a family getaway to the beach! Everything is as stated in the VRBO listing. So convenient for easy beach access and the views are exceptional. Great location!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids (5&under) condo was so spacious with the 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The property managers were awesome. Nothing they could help at all but the parking lot is still under construction from the hurricanes. The pool was great and the condo itself was very very nice. For restaurants in the area every wait time was almost 2 hours so make reservations a few days before if you can! Or plan for dinners at the condo. Overall GREAT location! We would definitely stay at this place again!

Great communication by the property managers. It was clean, updated and provided cooler, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, wagon for carrying stuff to the beach. We travel a lot and this place fits the bill!

Everything was Perfect!

The condo far exceeded our expectations! We have been staying in the Indian Shores area for many years and this condo was by far the best.From the beautiful decor (including a wonderful built-in bar), incredibly well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and lots of great beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, sun shade and a wagon to transport everything we couldn’t have asked for more.I would not hesitate to book this property again! Owners were terrific to work with too - very responsive!

Excellent Condo!!

This condo was SPOTLESS. Definitely the cleanest VRBO I've ever entered. Location was great, right on the beach. Though construction was still happening, it was a minor inconvenience. Well stocked with 3 different coffee pots, plenty of bags, dish soap and washing machine detergent. We've never had washing machine detergent supplied before! I loved it here. I will def book again if I need a 3 bdrm.

Perfect Condo For Our Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean condo unit with plenty of space and beds for everyone. We Loved being on the first floor. The only downside was the elevator was so slow and my elderly parents had to use it so we spent a lot of time waiting on them. Overall amazing time was had. We plan on coming back!

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated with a great view. The Close access/proximity to the beach was convenient. The condo had most everything we needed. The beach towels could use a refresh so I recommend you bring your own. The condo has everything else.

Even better than the pictures!

This condo is decorated beautifully and was exceptionally clean. It is literally steps away from a clean beach with very clear water. There are tons of restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Perhaps the best part about this listing that sets it apart from others we've stayed in is that is very well stocked, not just the kitchen, but also an entire room filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. It is clear that the owner and/or management company take pride in making this a place families would want to come back to.
