This adorable 1-story cottage sits right on the beach and makes it easy to enjoy the sand, surf and sun.



Su Casa is located in an ideal location! This charming beach cottage is located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. All it takes is to look outside your window to be reminded that you’re on vacation in paradise!



Our charming and colorful Gulf front beach house is equipped with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an additional 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. The cottage is located within the courtyard near the main house. (The cottage is an annex with 2 bedrooms and shared bath and has no living room nor kitchen facilities).



Both the home and cottage sleep a total of 12 guests.



With a quaint Florida décor throughout the layout is perfect! We have the main house which offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Along with different living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and best of all the beach!



First bedroom offers a King bed, second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that features a shower. The third bedroom has a King bed. There is a second hallway bathroom that features a shower. The cottage has a Queen bed in the fourth bedroom and a Queen bed in the fifth bedroom, these two share a hallway bathroom that offers a tub/shower combination.



The main house has 3 living spaces. The main living area has comfortable seating and a TV. The large screened in porch has been enclosed and this sunroom faces the beach. The sunroom allows you the luxury of gazing each day at beach front views and captivating sunsets. Right outside the sunroom you can walk out to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see!



The dining area seats 6 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests. There is another table by the sun room that seats an additional 4 guests.



This updated 1937 beach house has high ceilings, central AC and ceiling fans throughout. Su Casa is charmingly decorated with vintage rattan, retro fabrics and beach-themed items – all of this provides the warmth and feel of a true beach cottage.



The back area is wonderful, it offers lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a bbq grill and plenty of seating.



Guests love that we are within easy walking distance of over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops and much more.



Note: This property allows 2 large vehicles or 3 small cars in the driveway only.

We had a great time at the house, location was perfect, steps to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Couches aren’t super comfortable (more like patio furniture), the beds are comfortable except for the twin beds, but not a crisis. We had plenty of room, and the separate quarters with two beds was nice for the younger folks. Only issue there was it was musty and the linens needed a good washing. Luckily there are two washers and two dryers which was great! Know that the parking is limited as it’s right off an alley and only fits two cars, maybe 3 smaller ones. Place could probably use a good deep cleaning. Other houses are super close, yet felt very private as the landscaping helped. The tank for the grill was empty, I contacted the rental company and they said that was paid for by the guest? Never experienced that before, not really my responsibility to fill the tank. But we filled it and the rental company assured us they would refund us for the cost. Still waiting on refund. We loved the back patio where you could see the ocean. We enjoyed the house as the location was perfect!! We would rent it again. Oh and communication with the rental agency was spot on.

Beach Getaway!

The beach house was exactly as advertised. Older beach house on an excellent beach. Cozy interior with lots of seating and gathering places. We had 7 adults and used the dining room table and the outdoor tables for dining. Low key and comfortable lodging at a reasonable price! Win/Win! We would stay at this location again.

Family vacation

We loved being so close to the beach. The cottage was older but had charm. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. We really appreciated the extra beach stuff, chairs, wagon, and umbrellas in the garage. We found lots of shells on the beach. The cottage stayed cool with the air conditioners even when it was so hot outside.

Hugh deck facing the beach. Fully furnished kitchen. We ended up eating most of our meals on the deck and watching the sun set over the water. Plenty of parking space for 2 cars. There were a few small maintence issues but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our beach vacation on the white sands of Florida's gulf coast.

Overall we had a great expereince. The beach was literally our back yard, there was plenty of room for everyone in and outside the house, and the property manager kept in contact and even came to help me figure out thebparking situation which was really appreciated. Overall being that close to the beach is where it is at and i would highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone, especially those with little kids because of its location. We would most definitely stay in this location again. Thanks for everything.

The most charming beach cottage

This was the cutest house, so many eclectic decorations and charm. It was much larger than we expected, it fit 10 of us comfortably (4 were in the garage suite). Location was perfect, it was on a quiet side street, walking distance to ice cream shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and we rode the trolley to clearwater and John’s pass easily, it was ocean front (we saw manatees and dolphins both up swimming next to people right behind our house), we spent a lot of time on the back patio playing corn hole, and in the 90° ocean water. It was filled with all the amenities we needed: Beach towels and bath towels, sand toys, beach floats, etc. We would stay here again!

X-Mas in Florida

Son moved to Tampa last year so we decided to spend his first Christmas in Florida with him. Great time, The house was roomy and open. The location was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go! The beach access was perfect for morning snd evening walks. The check in and communication with the Rental property couldn’t have been easier. We didn’t use the separate house with the rooms, as there was plenty of room in the main house.

Amazing location.

As mentioned, the location of this house was absolutely perfect for us and the reason we chose it. From this perspective it did not dissappoint. The beach and ocean are literally the back yard. So perfect! It's an older home but fairly well kept and no issues with that. I would say it was pretty clean, but maybe a more frequent deepcleaning would useful. Thanks

A Perfect Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Christmas family getaway at Su Casa was an absolute delight! The location is very convenient to shopping and dining. The main residence and cottage were incredibly roomy, easily accommodating our group of 10. We didn't have to worry about bringing anything beyond our personal belongings, as the house came fully equipped with bath and beach towels, a well-stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, a convenient wagon to pull everything to the beach, and even an assortment of kids' beach toys. AND THE BEACH is steps away from the homes spacious, furnished patio. Joanie, our check in Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. She stopped by on our check in day to make sure we had everything we needed. I will recommend to friends, and we will most definitely be back!

Great location - Great Communication- So-So home.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the area! Lots to see and do within a very short distance. The home is roomy enough, but the furniture was stained and uncomfortable... and the beds were awful. The rooms in the garage had a bad mildewy smell. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/glasses/pots and pans, but It would have been nice to have some basics like salt and pepper, olive oil, tin foil and Tupperware so we didn’t have to buy all of that for a 1 week stay.
