This cute home is beautifully decorated and has all the modern amenities for you to be able to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Embrace the convenience of having your living room, dining room and kitchen located all on one floor and experience both traditional and contemporary highlights in this delightful beach home. This rental home offers its guests privacy among the palms and flowering trees that surround it.

Upon entering this fabulous home is your open living area with 2 Sleeper sofas. The living area has a large flat-screen TV and sound system perfect for enjoying your favorite movie or sports event. Adjoining is the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is nicely furnished with all of the appliances needed to cook your perfect meal.

Our Sunset Beach House has a convenient layout with terrific interiors and fantastic colors. The primary bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a King bed. There are 2 Sleeper sofas in the main living area. In addition, there'is a Queen Sleeper sofa in the back of the property. This terrific home will accommodate up to 10-12 guests for the perfect family beach vacation. Laundry room with linens and towels are supplied.

Come and relax in our Sunset Beach House rental which offers your group comfort and privacy along with your own private pool tucked into a tropical paradise for the vacation of your dreams. The large private pool is screened and fully fenced for total privacy! This property is located 3 blocks to the sand. Sunset Beach House is situated in a quiet location, with a mix of residential and rental properties. The island has a kids' play area, basketball courts, tennis courts, community pool, fabulous restaurants, Jolley Trolley, Pier 60 and much more.

Great vacation property within walking distance to the beach

This property was a great vacation house for our beach vacation. Not located on the beach, but it’s only a short walk to the beach. The property rental company was very on point with their communication and fixed any issues we had. The pool was very nice to relax and swim with the family after a day at the beach. Would def recommend to anyone wanting a getaway to the beach.

Private and close to beach!

This was a girls vacation at Sunset Beach house in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The place was a ranch-style house, which we loved (no stairs!). The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds as well as the fold-out couch to accommodate the 7 of us. We were just 4 blocks from the beach, which was an easy walk. The neighborhood was under construction, but it didn't bother us too much. The pool was wonderful! The only downside was the shower water pressure. It could have been better. We rented a golf cart to drive downtown and around. The management was very quick to respond to all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location close to a beautiful uncrowded beach

The property was comfortable with a lovely pool. An older house, but the kitchen was remodeled. We returned to this area where we stayed last year because the beach in North Clearwater is beautiful and uncrowded. Property manager was very responsive to all communications. Would have liked to have more beach supplies since we came by plane (a usable beach umbrella and another chair or two).

Runcation - post hurrican

A group of us came down mostly for the Clearwater Beach Running Festival. We had forgotten about the Hurricane last fall, but we were pleasantly surprised to see things in decent shape. Neighbors later told me that there was around 3 feet of water in all of the homes. Ours had obviously been updated and there were no immediate signs of damage in the home. However, a cold front had swept through, and the house was chilly. Initially I was told that the heating systems were not up to dealing with the cold which did not seem right. After one cold night they did send a repair guy over who fixed it and it warmed up well. Grill was also problematic due to water damage. Overall I think this is a good house and the management company is superior. We went for the shakedown cruise and found the problems. That said, they were always available and friendly. I would recommend it to others.

Family Vacation

It was in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. 6 short blocks to the beach and in the other direction 1 long block to the bay. Beautiful homes to see when we walked in the evening. The beach was not crowded. The covered pool was great when we came back to the house from the beach. The grill is a charcoal grill, not a gas grill. So take charcoal and lighter fluid and matches. They do have a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. It was a great stay.

Great place

Mona is amazing. The house was very clean but could definitely use some updates. One of the bed frames is very loose but the mattresses were comfortable. We felt there could be some more pans for cooking. We had an issue with the pool but Mona had someone come out on Sunday to take care of it. The walk is not bad at all and the beach is gorgeous! We really loved our stay here. Thank you!

We had a great experience staying at this house.

This house was clean as was the pool . A couple things ocular have used a little maintenance but overall very nice. The floor was concrete which was difficult with a baby for safety reasons ( crawling and pulling herself up) . Loved the location , the host or manager was great, and the pool fantastic!

Spring Break 2023

Overall the property was in a great location. Easy access to the beach and town, all within walking distance. Mona (property manager) helped with all issues which was just finding enough bedding for all the beds. The pool handle is still loose, kinda a risk for seniors using it. Also the pool light does not work. The listing had a bbq grill available, it’s charcoal. So be prepared to buy that. House only has the bare essentials in the kitchen for spices (salt/pepper), unlike any other rental we’ve stayed at. The coffee pot is a Keurig, so be prepared to buy pods. I hope this helps with future reservations.

The property was in a great location and the pool was marvelous! The railing going into the pool was wobbly and could be dangerous. The house was very dated and needs some repair s. Very little water pressure in the showers. The manager was a joy to work with. Thank you Mona.

Great location, desperately needs updating

The location is perfect. It’s a few minutes walk from a quiet section of beach. The pool was a hit with the kids. The house is very dated. It hasn’t been updated in decades. Peeling paint, stained furniture, moldy smell, dusty floors. It was filthy. My wife went out and bought cleaning supplies and spent hours cleaning.

Sunset house

The house was amazing and Mona made it so easy. The grandchildren didn't want to leave. The pool was awesome and relaxing. Definitely would go with them again
