The unit, located on the 4th floor, is newly remodeled and furnished. This two bedroom/two bath unit features a spacious beachfront balcony with endless beach views. The unit features new furnishings and décor throughout. Enjoy lounging with family for movie night in the living area furnished with a sleeper sofa, complete with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico without leaving the comfort of your condo. The furniture in the place(beds, sofa) need to be updated for comfort. The kitchen needs to have more cooking pans if it is to be rented for long-term. The building was under repair the whole time we were there. Constant noise as well as elevators not working and stairwells blocked off at the same time.The lights and baseboards in the unit have not been cleaned in months.

This is my second stay at Sunset Vistas and my first stay in this unit. The sunset view from the balcony is amazing. Sunset Vistas is a nice property. It appears to be well taken care of. The bar near the pool is great. The option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas is very much appreciated. This condo did not have chairs or an umbrella for the beach. It did have a cooler in the closet. I would stay here again especially if I drove and could bring things from home. It is helpful to have the gas station across the street. The amount of local eateries in walking distance is great. Publix is also in walking distance. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are adequate. The kitchen has enough place settings and silverware. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils. All of the appliances are relatively new. I watched the pool be cleaned every morning. I spent the week at the beach and never used the pool or the hot tub. I could see that it was used by a lot of people each day.

Pool and beach were great, nice addition of tiki bar and cafe. Kitchen could have had a few more plastic glasses/cups but was well stocked for the most part. Definitely would stay again.
