Perfect location. Great receptionist. Very easy to check-in. Room was okay. Old furniture w shaky dinning chairs. Bathroom was old and curtains had mold. Overall, it could’ve been a little more cleaner w updated furnitures but we enjoyed the stay. View was great.

Room was five stars, very clean and huge . Kitchen fully equipped, every room had TV 's. Beach was gorgeous!!! Plenty of places to eat and shop. Down side Employees don't communicate well with each other, one will say they will do something for you and the next one will say some lame excuse to why it wasn't done. And we also stopped and asked a maid for a plastic bag, wouldn't give us one said to go to office to get one. Office said they didn't have bags to give out, went to Cafe and male employee was kind enough to give us one.

Superb holiday get away

Fantastic place with a great holiday vibe and really lovely staff. Only a couple of minor points: the electrical outlets were in poor condition, and although it was clear on Hotels.com that we would pay a resort fee, the final amount wasn’t mentioned at check-in or check-out—only that our deposit would be returned. It would have been nice to have the final figure confirmed. Otherwise, it was a lovely hotel and we’ll definitely be back in the future! Cannot beat those sunsets 😎

Worst check-in experience ever. We have stayed there several times and never have this problem. We brought another couple with us and then some more friends rented another room. Was supposed to be next to each other. Was on the completely opposite sides when we received our rooms. It was pouring down rain. We arrived early. Said she would try to get us in. Called back at 2:30 told us it would be 30 minutes. Went there at 3:00. Still raining. Room still not ready. Hotel was so empty. Went back at 20 till 4:00. Made us wait till 4:00 on the nose to check in. Suggested twice if we upgraded we could have a room. The hotel might have been 1/4 full. It was on a Sunday until monday. Made a horrible first impression for our first time here friends. The check in expeience kind of ruined the trip. We were trying to make the most of it in the rain. When we asked if we could pull our car underneath for a little bit to get in our coolers and out of the rain for a bit. even though the whole thing was empty, and we did not want to leave it there, she said no we could not do that. There was parking out front in the rain available. Very disappointing thus time.

Gulf view was wonderful! 15 minute walk to John Pass but do not recommend on a hot humid day. Resort had everything you need Gas station across the road for additional items.
