The Green Room Bungalow with Salt water pool

This is a one of a kind private luxury home 30 minutes from Tampa Airport , nestled between Clearwater, St Petersburg and close to the beautiful gulf beaches! Our home sit’s on 1 acre of natural Florida landscaping.
The house is set up like a small resort with a 4/4 and can be individually rented or as a whole house for the opportunity to have friends and family join in.
Guests have private entrance to your suites with full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large internet ready TV, free wi fi and internet access, use of large salt water pool, gas grill, private sunbathing area, 2 outdoor fire pits with plenty of seating areas. We do provide gas for the Gas Grill, coin laundry located in the garage. We have firewood for $7 bundled.
This room does not open up to the pool this room is in the front of the house. The room that opens to the pool is the West Wing.
Jeff and I live only a mile away so if you need anything we are always available, but also leave you alone for your privacy!
The beach is 2 miles away, the closest is Indian shores.
Our home has 3 suites available, or whole house all with the same amenities, so if you are traveling with other couples or friends it's the perfect place. We can host up to 6-8 people at a time.
You can start your morning with some coffee k cups provided.
We have been known as clean freaks, we wash all bedding, including quilts, pillow shams, and blankets between every guest. You can rest easy knowing this!
Sorry we do not allow children or pets and I no longer make rum cakes.

We did not use the pool or the kitchen. Host was great, The Green Room was just that; a nice room California King bed) and nice bathroom; small fridge in room. Coffeemaker.. Plenty of towels, etc. If there was a kitchen, it must have been at the other end of the property. There was a laundry room, which we used (a dollar charge for use of washer; same for drier. Nice area, very convenient to drive anywhere. Closest beach (Indian Shores?) about a 2 mile drive. I ran/walked in neighborhood each morning, no problem. If you don’t a kitchen and if it’s a couple, Green Room is great and price was good. Nice property.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the Green Room. This property was the owners personal residence previously and it’s very well cared for. I lived in this neighborhood for 20 years so it was very convenient to everyone and everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay. Lynne is a great host and made everything easy for us and also the place is very clean. Another bonus was plenty of closet space too. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool so I can’t comment on that but it looks great and is very private. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lynne!

**long post**First thing first. This family put work into this because it’s paradise. I’ve never been to Florida but if i needed a place that made me want to it was this. The pool was always available. We even started a bonfire. The house is tucked away so nobody can see anything from the street. I thought that was cool. Beach was close. Publix, liquor store and places to eat were close. The best part was me having to stay a little longer because of our flight and Lynne was able to get us in their pink cottage for a bit. They gave us our privacy but were able to help with any questions. I could’ve taken more pics but take my word. It looks exactly as shown and better in person. I would love to stay here anytime in the future. 10/10 highly recommend.

The green room was very comfy. What a nice touch to have two pieces of rum cake on the dining table, then a complimentary bag of ice and the wonderful swimming pool and beer! The house has a beautiful landscape and we were near to many great places.We use the 5 off coupon for PJ’s Oyster Bar. It was a great dinner experience. At night my wife was not feeling well and the pain reliever pills came in handy. You have more amenities than expected. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful and Beachy

Nice private property close to beaches. Room is simple but clean and beach themed. Bed tv bath shower plenty of closet space. Nice firepit area to sit in the evening. Gardens are awesome and it feels like you’re in the jungle. Pool was a little cool so we didn’t swim but it was nice. Hosting as nice and responsive as could possibly be. I highly recommend this rental.
