Return trip for 3 nights after a multi year break. Room on ground floor on marina side of hotel was nice. The room was clean with modern touches including a kitchenette with cabinetry, sink and refrigerator and microwave (a nice touch). We didn't use the pool (too cold) but we did spend some time at the rooftop bar catching the sunsets. Free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast is no longer offered. Off street parking and on the Beach Trolly line running in 2026 hourly weekdays and half hour weekends. Lots of eating places within a short walk. Overall we were pleased with our visit.

The room was in good condition clean the property was walking distance of a lot of good places. The bartender was awesome very friendly. Can’t say that about the girl at the front desk when I booked the room last week I requested a specific room. The girl said nobody is in that room and I can have it. She even made a note when I got there they told me that the requested room was not available, and her only response solution was suggesting that I canceled my trip which I just drove three hours to get to if I didn’t like the room. Every time I came downstairs and passed the front desk no hello no greeting no pleasantries. So they know how to take the r request but they don’t know how to hold the request. I will still stay here, but I hope that girl finds another job. She is not meant for friendly interactions and compassion with customers.
