I liked large room with beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway from my balcony, friendly and accommodating staff, Waffle House for breakfast next door and proximity of the beach.

I was very skeptical on arrival, the description/pictures are VERY misleading . When you go to choose room view, don’t look at the photos because basic,pool and gulf view are all the same! Yes you kinda see the gulf and the beach is right across the street but it’s still a good haul to get to the water and this is for any hotel I saw. The bar area has very little to choose from but the bartender is awesome ! Room was overall nice could use a new shower head but bed was super comfy and other than the huge gaps in the door letting in all the light and noise of passers it was peaceful.There is a waffle house right next door and a few nice restaurants with bars within a 10 min walk . The pool was small but I liked the fact as an adult I could go down to it early early or after dark and enjoy a quiet swim. My suggestions, bring your own beach towels if you can, coffee maker in room is a reg kcup for you coffee drinkers. Fridge is cold so bring drinks there are no vending machines but available for purchase $$$. Has microwave and kitchen sink. Will I stay again? After giving it a chance and seeing the other motels in the area- absolutely! Nice lil spot

Not bad for overnight stay

Decent room for a quick overnight stay. Check in staff were amazing and let us check in very early so we could go to the beach. Room had slight musty smell and AC looked like it had leaked a lot, but smell went away after opening door for a bit. Great view of the marina. On site bar was small, but great.

The only good thing about this property is the location. If you don't mind soaked floors due to condensation from bad air conditioning units, german roaches in the room, rude and unpleasant front desk staff. Hidden fees that weren't disclosed upon check-in.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a small getaway #1 we called two days in advance before I trip to figure out if there were any additional fees to our reservation such as deposit etc. We were notified of the $50 deposit but not of the $16 a day parking fee. I choose to pay when I got to the hotel when I initially booked but my card was trying to be charged at least 8 different times for 3 different prices prior to my arrival. #2 the condition of the room from the creaky uncomfortable bed to the mildew smell was unacceptable. The only thing pleasant about my stay was the water view of the marina minus the sliding door that barely opened. I’m not sure how this was rated to be a “4 star” hotel but I rather spend more money somewhere else for an excellent experience. The $258 was not worth it at all. They should try renovating it and possibly it would be better. So 2/10 at the most and I probably shouldn’t even give it a 2.
