Lovely property. The cafe was a wonderful bonus. Excellent food and a discount for people staying there.Grab bars in the shower and bathtub should be added asap. Another suggestion would be to provide a list of what TV is available at no additional cost. With all the options available today it's a waste of time to make a selection only to find you can't watch it.

Read last reviews since June(we did the mistake not to read recent reviews before our departure to this location or else we would of cancelled)This unit at Sunset Vista's is in terrible condition.Some Cabinets are missing laminate because they are so old & not in good condition.The A/C ducts need major cleaning,they are so dirty there is Dust build up on the traps and on the ceiling where the traps blow the air.On the first night we arrived my wife sat on the bed(she weighs 132lbs)we heard a big crack sound as if something was broken under the bed,the support blocks that are vertical to hold the horizontal planks where all broken(we had to call ITrip vacations so they could send out their maintenance team to fix it the next day)The guest bedroom toilet was leaking upon arrival,we noticed the filler hose in the tank was not in it's correct position(we fixed it ourselves and advised Itrip).Both beds are very old and not comfortable you feel the springs in your back.The Laundry machine's bearings are so worn out that it makes these huge creaking/grounding noise.The dishwasher is also in the same bad condition as the laundry machine.Front door seal is all ripped off.We are next to the gym,got woken up every morning from people trowing dumbells on the floor.Patio door does not lock(they put pvc pipe to lock it).Some Baseboards are broken.They need to remodel this unit as it advertised as a beautiful condo rental.

--Smell of sewer gas was pervasive the entire trip.--Master bedroom (king mattress) is dilapated and very broken down, spongy where you can hear the springs upon laying down.--Carpets are stained, matted and tearing and thresholds--sliding patio door didn't lock--front door sticks and not easy to open for any kids 10 years old.--Gym is next door so at night I hear people throwing weights/medic balls all night. Annoying and couldn't sleep until later.hot water was goodlocation to beach and pools was greatsaw no bugs in the unitHVAC worked greatone bathtub and one shower so convenient options

The management was responsive and helpful but the condo did seem like it needed a deep clean. Carpet was way overdue to be replaced and baseboards were pretty dirty. The towels smelled mildewy or not totally cleaned but luckily we could wash in washer. Everything worked but just dated furniture and appliances. There was clearly some wear and tear around the condo but overall it met our needs to be at a beach for 4 nights. Probably won’t stay there again but had a nice time.

Birthday Vacation

Selected this property to celebrate my birthday with my sister and friend who flew in from New Jersey. Easy airport pickup. Check in process was seamless and the property was perfect. Close to the activities we wanted (Dolphin watch, sunset sail and a visit to the Dali). Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. No complaints and I intend to book a return visit.

Wonderful beach vacation

My husband and I stayed with our 17 and 19 year old kids. We all had an amazing stay and highly recommend staying here if looking to vacation in the Treasure Island area. The beach is one of the nicest of anywhere we’ve been, and we loved the location of the condo. We walked to Johns Pass several times. The condo was well set up with everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean. We were appreciative of being able to check in a little early as we had an early arrival in the area. I would love to stay here again if we come back.

Love staying at Sunset Vista. This was my second time & it will probably be a yearly trip. 202S was top notch, I only had 1 issue with the TV & that was taken care of immediately. Great food at cafe & drinks at Tiki Bar.

Great Place for Family to Stay!

We had such a great time staying at this condo! The furniture is totally updated in the living room, and eating area. The location is wonderful- close to pools, beach, etc. There's a few beach chairs, wake boards, and beach toys for use in the condo- so that was super helpful, and my kids loved finding the new stuff to use during our stay. Communication was easy with the host. No issues getting in. It's also nice because you'll have an assigned parking spot. The pool/hot tubs are open until 10pm, so it was great to take night swims after dinner. One little tip is that there's Freebeachride.com to use..it's a taxi that is based just on tips. We ended up using 1 guy for the entire trip (got his number). Everything very close, St. Johns Pass was where we spent most of the time in the evening. Grocery stores also close. One con of the complex is that you cannot use the internet for Streaming on the TV. I don't want to doc the condo for it, because it's a entire complex thing. The workout room is next door to condo, therefore you do hear people dropping weights- but with little kids around, it didn't matter to us much. Overall, GREAT STAY! Thanks again!!!!!!

The property was as described on the website. Great location to the beach. Only issue was the gym located right next to our room. Guests kept dropping weights and it sounded like they were coming through the wall.

We were quite far from the beach and adjacent to the small property cafe which also doubled as a wedding venue. On weekends, music is blasting in the outside courtyard with people sceaming and dancing at night.
