Overall, I had a nice stay. Pros: GREAT location, steps from the beach (it was clean and peaceful); 5 min walk to the Boardwalk, where there were shops, restaurants, and views. The apartment was clean, neat, and well-equipped with the necessities for a beach getaway, including beach chairs! Cons: The apartment was pretty dated and didn't seem very secure with the old, loose door and key entry. The TV/cable didn't work (it was DirecTV, I hadn't seen a cable box in years, and the signal didn't work). The worst was that the Wi-Fi was not working; the host said the technician couldn't fix it right away, as she tried to get it fixed. This was frustrating because I had booked this as a dissertation work retreat, and I wasn't able to get any work done. I would book this place again, but I would recommend that the hosts make updates to the internet service, switch to an inexpensive smart TV that has free streaming apps, and make the unit doors more secure.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at The Twins Inn. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They are constantly cleaning. You can tell they take pride in their establishment by the care they give it and their guests.

Excellent. 6 in our party. We had 1 queen bed and 2 full beds plus a full sleeper sofa. Full kitchen and dining table plus living area. John’s pass board walk and the ocean all within a short walk. Staff was excellent! Walked us to our room and went over everything with us, Very personalized service. We are all locals from Tampa and like to stay over when we attend events like John’s pass Seafood Festival. Also couldn’t beat the price!

Family stay

Clean rooms and beach is walkable. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Overall, property is a bit dated and run-down, but nothing too terrible. Within walking distance to John's Pass, which was also nice.

We had a nice view of the ocean, enjoyed the pool! Bed was very comfortable. The drain in the bathtub was a little clogged. Bring earplugs because you are going to be close to the road. Not sure I would stay again, but it was a last minute option on a holiday weekend!
