Great house in amazing location.

Our family enjoyed an amazing month-long beach getaway. The location couldn’t have been better and the house was spacious and private.

Truly a tropical getaway

We were here for the month of January’22. Clean, modern and spacious. We enjoyed using the gourmet kitchen and pool. Beds are super comfy! Lots of extra amenities to make your stay pleasant such as fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils), beach towels and chairs, a bug zapper out by the pool, 2 bbqs, WiFi and satellite tv. There were even 2 bikes left for our use! This is such a lovely home with plenty of privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Beach is a short 5 min walk. We loved the sun deck! Thank you for sharing your spectacular home!

Terrific neighborhood and enjoyable property

We spent two months at the property and it was a good choice for us. The property was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was a nice place to spend time - quiet and near amenities and beach. The property manager was responsive to several maintenance issues that we encountered all of which were addressed promptly. We will stay at this property again next year.

Ultimate Island Getaway

The property is beautiful and and very well cared for. If you are are traveling to Clearwater beach for at least a month, this is a great choice for your stay. It is very close to the beach, and many restaurants. The backyard is very relaxing and private. The pool is nice for cooling off on a hot day. There is a hot tub, but we didn't use this, as it was August and really warm. There is plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer in the house. I loved having my morning coffee on my private balcony, off the master suite, (there are 3) that has a gorgeous view of the intercoastal. Many sunrises and sunsets. It is just a very nice home with all the amenities you are accustomed to. I would NEVER stay in a hotel. I will definitely try to book this home again , hoping it is available for the dates I need.
