Your perfect destination for a quick getaway, long holiday retreat, or winter snowbird season. Located in the heart of Safety Harbor, and just 20 minutes away from both Clearwater beach and Downtown Tampa. Only 20 minutes from Tampa airport. You will feel right at home the moment you walk into the house with beautifully designed contemporary, comfy and coastal decor. Main Street Safety Harbor is just two blocks away, so walk or ride bikes to many restaurants, breweries and shops, and watch sunsets each night at the marina on Gulf of Mexico water.

THE SPACE:
This is a spacious house with a home feeling, open space kitchen, cozy living room, 3 bedrooms, closed in patio, and great backyard right on the lake. Includes an efficiency kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven and four-burner stove top. Coffee maker tea kettle, blender, and all the dishes you will need for your stay are here as well. Dining room with table overlooking the lake, and glass sliding doors to the large patio with outdoor seating.
Primary bedroom features a king size bed with comfortable mattress, nice cotton sheets, soft bedspread, big closet with hangers for your use, and smart TV. Primary bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and fresh oversized fluffy towels.
Both guest bedrooms offers queen size bed with soft mattress, cotton sheets and nice bedspread, good sized closets with hangers for your use, and smart TVs. Guest bathroom with a bathtub shower with glass door and fresh oversized fluffy towels.

BEACHES: Clearwater beach is a quick 20 minute drive away, but the area also offers St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Honeymoon Island, Fort de Soto Park, Dunedin Beach, and many more.

Great location. Loved being walking distance to Main Street Safety Harbor and walking out the door to the path along Bayshore. Favorite room in the house was the Lanai, very relaxing to sit and watch the wildlife on the lake. The hosts Mike and Ariane were lovely, always accessible, and very responsive.

The house was very nice, and a fenced yard was essential for our little dog, however but the best part was the fantastic location: lake front and short (1/2 mile) walk along a wide walk / bike-way to downtown Safety Harbor.

Awesome location and comfortable stay

This was at least our third stay in this lovely mid-century modern Florida home. The home has been lovingly maintained and beautifully updated. The location is convenient to the Tampa airport, Safety Harbor, shopping malls, as well as a short drive to beautiful, white-sand Clearwater Beach.Ari was Quick to respond with any questions, etc. A light switch stopped working while we were there and she quickly had her handyman out to replace it.The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathrooms are large and have wonderful counter space.The sunrise over Tampa Bay is spectacular, and sunsets behind Alligator Lake are lovely also.

Wonderful home in a beautiful part of Safety Harbor

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for 5 nights while in Safety Harbor. The perfect waterfront property, that had everything we needed including gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Housekeeping Staff had the home spotless when we arrived. The home is well maintained and communication was the best. We look forward to returning when visiting family in beautiful Safety Harbor.

Perfection!

Everything about this house is exactly as perfect, if not better, than the listing! The house is beautiful and perfectly met the needs of these 2 65+ couples. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with all we could have needed and more. Every room was ideal (even the mattresses were the best ever) but our absolute and most used area was the back porch! From morning coffee to evening cocktails

it was our favorite spot! The location of the house is ideal. We walked into the town at least once a day if not more - taking different routes through the beautiful neighborhoods as well as along the main road. We also found it incredibly convenient when going into Tampa, Clearwater and Westchase
..and for grocery shopping at Publix or Target. Life was a breeze for these two weeks! Ari is lovely - answering questions promptly and providing information and suggestions that were spot on! Check in and out were all very easy thanks to her! We all agreed that this was just the little bit of heaven we needed to break up the winter blues

Location, location, location!

What a wonderful home to stay in! Accommodations are plentiful and there is so much to do literally right outside the front door. My favorite was the back porch which was so relaxing. Walking distance to downtown Safety Harbor which is a wonderful little town with tons of charm-both kid friendly and nightlife friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!! Hostess is very responsive and truly caring about the satisfaction of your stay. Loved every second!
