Waterfront, Beach View! Pool/sleeps up to 6! #1413

Update 3-9-25- Pool is currently open, but the condo association will be doing updates to the pool and pool area, and they are estimating the work to start sometime in late August and should take approximately 120 days to complete. During this time the pool will be closed, HOWEVER, The Sand Dollar condos, 2 buildings to the North, is allowing the Beach Cottages guests to use their pool during this time.

This stunning and roomy 2-bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6! Beautiful Gulf of Mexico and beach views from the units private Balcony! This 4th floor condo boasts 1400 S.F. and is located directly on the fine white sandy beaches of Indian Shores, Florida, in the lovely Beach Cottages Condo's. This #1413 unit has a lovely view of the pool/hot tub and the beach, and currently sleeps up to 6! Propane grills by the pool area seaside!

Maximum amount of guest will be 6, as per the Condo associations rules. Currently there is a King Bed in the master, a Queen bed and full over full bunkbeds in the guest room. The living room sofa sleeper bed is not provided for guest use.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

The views of the beach and pool from the unit are magnificent. The balcony overlooks the Pool and the beach! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Fireplace is decorative only, no fires allowed.

Any ESA animals brought to the home will absolutely require submitting a Valid Doctors RX to us in advance of booking. Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. Travelers insurance is recommended. This unit has a strict no refund policy!

Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV’s. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking.

Sorry, no towels, bathing suits, or clothes are allowed to be hung on the balcony to dry as per the HOA.
Pool temperature: please be advised that heated pools will likely have uncomfortably cold water when cold weather arrives. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.

Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures. Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to Red Tide, or threats of Red Tide.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
