One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the garage is full) with the pass found in the unit.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Three elevators provide convenient access from the ground level to the unit and sundecks.

đ Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later. Check-out by 10AM on departure day.
đĄïž Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Wristbands issued at the gift shop.
đŸ Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
âïž AC/Heat: All 3 thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.
đ RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
đ EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Please note that this unit is self-check-in; there is no luggage storage if you arrive early.
đš STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.
Hurricane Season (June 1 â Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.
