Welcome to Cozy Coastal Cottage! Newly renovated, this cute dog-friendly 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom cottage is located on a quiet street that is popular due to its close walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the dog park! The open-concept kitchen, sitting area, and dining space are the perfect place to relax as a group. Adjacent is a perfectly suited living room area with plenty of seating and a large HD Smart TV to enjoy a movie or watch the game! The cottage offers three guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a quaint en suite bathroom with a shower. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub. The fully fenced backyard is a great space to enjoy yard games while ensuring that your pups are safe!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per dog (2 dog maximum)

Great Christmas trip

We were there to spend Christmas with our two young adult kids (18 & 25). The property was just as described, very homey and welcoming. While the house is obviously older they have done much to update it, while leaving several of the retro touches. The location was great, 3 minutes drive to pier and village.

Thanksgiving get-away

We had a wonderful week at this house on St Simons. We come to the island regularly but this was our first time staying at Cozy Coastal Cottage. We brought our two dogs with us and it was great having a fenced in yard where they could roam freely. The house was very clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. We ate out a good bit but also cooked a few meals there. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the amount of space was fine for the 5 of us. Two couples and one grandchild. The house is nicely decorated and even though the property is old you can tell it was carefully renovated not too long ago. we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful to ride out the storm!

We weathered out a tropical storm here and couldn’t have asked for a better house. The property was perfectly located to shops, food, and everything we wanted to visit (after the storm). Upon arrival and during our stay, we had everything we needed because the house was so well equipped. Although we didn’t use things like the beach chairs this trip, we loved having the option to grab and go. Arrival, check-in, and check-out was seamless which I really appreciated. A huge plus was our pup absolutely loved the fenced yard. The walkability of the neighborhood can’t be understated either. Every morning we took a stroll around the neighborhood and walked to get a coffee by the pier. We loved our stay and will be back hopefully sooner rather than later.
