Discover your perfect island retreat at 1152 East Peachtree St! Nestled ideally between seclusion and centrality, this beautifully renovated duplex offers a prime location just a short 0.2-mile stroll to beach access at Myrtle St. Whether you're seeking a peaceful hideaway or an exciting coastal adventure, this property is the ideal setting.

1152 East Peachtree St. forms one half of a duplex that can be enjoyed independently or in conjunction with the other half for larger groups (refer to VRBO listing #3972481 for details on renting both units together).

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (5 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The duplex has been extensively remodeled and outfitted with new furnishings to ensure a luxurious stay. The primary bedroom suite is a haven of relaxation, complete with a king-sized bed, additional living and sleeping areas, and an expansive en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, and a conveniently located hallway bathroom provides easy access.

Peaceful Stay Close to the Beach I had a great experience staying at this Vrbo on St. Simons Island. Communication from the host was timely and clear from booking through arrival, which made the process smooth. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood—just a short and pleasant two block walk to the beach.Access was straightforward, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for restful nights. One suggestion I would offer is to add blinds to the back and sliding glass doors to improve privacy during the evening hours.While I truly enjoyed the stay and would consider booking this location again, I did find the number of fees associated with the rental to be a bit excessive. That’s something to keep in mind for future stays.All in all, a peaceful getaway in a lovely location.

Wonderful clean close to the beach! We rented bikes which were wonderful to site see! We found a Fun park downtown with amazing trees and obviously the beach is must see attraction. We also went to a water park and did a dolphin tour.

The place was very nice!Our family enjoyed it and the location. Definitely going to rebook this in the future vacations. Close to beach and everything. Staff was also great in responding to anything that was asked or any issue. Really enjoyed this place. Highly recommended for a great vacation home!

Cute cottage and convenient location

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay! The property was beautifully decorated, with an elegant design that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Nice place and great location

House was neat and clean, dishes and necessary items were all there, great communication. Our property manager representative, Miranda, was a joy and very helpful. She offered great recommendations for local food and such. Lilmar properties was more professional than many other rental experiences. Highly recommend. Walking distance to all of the attractions on the south end of the island.
