Latitude Adjustment at East Beach Home with option to Heat or Cool Pool. 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms. Just a few blocks to the beach.

THE SPACE
Our East Beach home has plenty of room for your family of up to 10, to stretch out and enjoy. 8 is standard occupancy. The home has separate seating areas for folks to get together or spread out - amongst the family room, sitting room, and dining room. The home is immaculately clean. The kitchen and its Viking appliances are fully equipped for gourmet cooking or serving simple carry-out meals. All bedrooms have TVs with premium cable. We're 1000 feet from the 9th street beach access point of St Simons' East Beach. And the back yard is its own oasis, with a large pool that can optionally be heated during the cooler months.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, 2 Twins with Twin Trundles)
* There are two master suites. The first is on the main floor and features a QUEEN bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower and a step-out to the courtyard/pool area. The master suite also has laundry attached.

* Palma's Room is upstairs and features a King bed and flat screen TV. It has its own bathroom attached.

* The Gray Room, upstairs, has a queen bed, flat screen TV and shares a hall bathroom with the other guest bedrooms.

* The kids room features two twin beds, both with Twin Trundles

Come enjoy this modern redux of a classic East Beach gem with plenty of space, great beach access, and an awesome pool.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Beautiful Beach Get-Away

Our week on East Beach was just great! L’attitude Adjustment was perfect for our family vacation. Beautiful home, very nicely appointed and convenient to the beach and great restaurants. We loved it!

I’m Smitten

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our family’s inaugural trip to Saint Simons. The home is well located, great for accessing a quiet part of the beach as well as the best sunsets over the marsh. Our family’s favorite thing was the pool. Grandchildren were either asleep, in the pool, or on the beach all week. We are already planning our return trip.

Very good home -- could be great

Would really like to give more stars, but feel 3* is appropriate given our stay. We had a few hiccups with some items, but once host was notified they were quick to fix. The positives: House is way bigger than it seems, location is awesome, quick walk to multiple beach accesses. Note that beach access on same street is over some soft sand so can be difficult to pull wagon but not impossible. Pool has great shallow section for our 3 year old. The negatives: Pool was consistently 90+ degrees. Even with chiller supposedly running -- it never got less than 90 and was frequently 95 by end of the day after full sun. Minus one star there for that - maybe that's on us for visiting in August, but haven't had issue elsewhere in SSI. The house is generally clean, but we found stain on king bed sheets and used band aid in of of the twins. Because it's vacation and you don't want to waste time complaining on phone -- we took care of it, but minus 1 star for that. Home is well-stocked, but advise to bring own beach equipment or towels.

We love staying on a East Beach and this property did not disappoint. It was well appointed and equipped, clean and the location was great. Easy walk to the beach, Gould’s Inlet and the marsh. The pool was a hit. Will definitely return in the future.

LOVED this house!!

We had the best time down in SSI and loved staying in this house. It checked all the boxes for all the adults and little kids. Bedrooms were lovely and the decor overall was beach perfect. Pool was a huge hit!

Wonderful

This was probably the cleanest property we have stayed at, inside and out. The kitchen is very well furnished with nice items, not with misc flea market finds. The water pressure in the downstairs (where I was) was amazing! I did not find it a long walk to the beech when it was just me though it seemed a bit long when we took the toddlers, children and all there things with us (though not so long that it wasn't do able). The pool is perfect for young children - there is a "shelf" that is not deep. Just be careful they know it does drop off (the 3 year old forgot and stepped off) The beach is perfect; clean and not crowded. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants - under a 10 minute drive. This is our second time to St. Simons Island and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The pier has quaint shops and neighboring Jekyll Island is beautiful. Our whole family agreed that we would not hesitate to return to this property again and hated to leave!!

Perfect house & location!

We absolutely LOVED this house! It met our needs perfectly! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of pots, pans & dishes. Upgraded appliances. Plenty of seating for adults & kids. Two master bedrooms were very spacious. The other two bedrooms had ample space as well. Large laundry room area with extra "dorm room size" refrigerator off the downstairs master was great for extra drinks. LOVED having a pool! Great to have when we didn't want to go to the beach. Very clean & well maintained. We timed the walk to the beach, which was between 7-8 minutes. Really not a bad walk. The kids loved that part of the walk was a "trail" through the woods. Would not recommend trying to pull a wagon or anything that rolls because it's sandy & the path is narrow on the "trail" part of the walk. The beach was awesome & was never crowded. At low tide, it was great for the little ones because the water had lots of shallow pool areas. The house is located in a neighborhood that was great for running or just a walk. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven with our family! Great memories were made during our stay!

Great family gathering spot

We had both babies and adults at this conveniently located, beautiful home and spent a great week. The pool, kitchen, comfy furnishings, easy-to-use entertainment, grill, 2 self contained master suites and closeness to the beach were the best features. A consistent musty smell in the downstairs master suite is the negative that comes to mind. We had a brief AC concern but management handled it quickly. Thanks for a great week!

Lovely House, Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful! It was very clean - it even had a freshly cleaned smell when we arrived. The beach entrance is right down the street, but we also spent a lot of time at the pool. We had our little guy with us and the pool shelf was perfect for him to play. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful little house

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a weekend get-a-way (especially during COVID because you could be entertained at the house without having to go anywhere) Beach was close (Be warned its a little bit of a walk if you are carrying lots of stuff though), pool was refreshing and manager responded quickly to any and all needs. Also for anyone that is worried about the cleaning, this place was definitely cleaned to the max. I was a little worried due to the pandemic but upon arrival those worries were quickly diminished as you can immediately tell the place is thoroughly cleaned in between each guest.

Short Family Trip

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space and the house is well stocked with everything we needed and more. The pool was clean and warm. The house is a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very good location as it is close to many of the restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great East beach house!

The house was a great size for the 7 of us. Extremely clean, updated, and very comfortable. Pool was a perfect temperature. Great location. A 5 minute walk to the beach - and a lovely one at that. I would highly recommend this house.

Very comfortable

This was our first stay in this particular property and we were very pleased. The house was really nice and comfortable. The pool was nice, clean with lots of comfortable seating. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. A nice outdoor shower. The property manager was extremely helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was alright. The TV package was very basic. Conveniently located to the beach and everything on the island. Very happy with our stay.
