Oceanfront Condominium with Pool.

This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper. North Breakers #201 is nicely furnished with an upgraded kitchen and offers complimentary in-room high speed internet access. North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private balcony, full kitchen, and large combined living and dining area. The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! The County advises activity may result in intermittent noise, with a scheduled completion date at the end of July. Great for Beach and Exploring

Our group enjoyed our stay. The check in process was simple and easy. All important info was provided ahead of our stay and had suggestions for places to go during our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 4 with plenty of room to hang out together. The pool and hot tub and beach were clean and easy to access.

Resort style

The condo and location is very nice. You can bike to the pier and local restaurants. The pool was great on the days you didn't want to walk to the beach. The dryer took a couple cycles to dry and the toilets in definitely need new gaskets. We loved the location and plan on visiting St. Simon again and know this condo would be a good fit for my family.

Lots of communication about check in and out. No issues with getting an extra parking pass. Only negative is dishwasher needs a thorough cleaning and surfaces were very spotty - maybe use different products to give a cleaner appearance

Very good property. Management forgot to text us notice of change in gate code. Owner provided excellent cleaning products but only left the one garbage bag in the trash can. Management said they could not give us one more trash bag.

really liked the condo

The condo was clean and updated! really enjoyed it! The beach, not a favorite. I'm a beachcomber and did not find any treasures, at all in our 5 day stay. Not even any shells... that was disappointing.

Great Getaway

The condo was nicely decorated, supplied with linens and kitchen well stocked with essentials. Location was great, right on the beach and short car ride to restaurants and shopping. St. Simon's Island and Jekyll Island are favorite places to visit.
