Such a nice place to stay with my son and his friend in SSI. While not on the beach, it was just a short walk to a nice stretch of East Beach. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Nicely laid out place for an overnight

This place is reasonable in cost and is in a great location. The living area is nice and the couch is comfy. Very well stocked with amenities. The beds are not comfy and we ran into mosquitos in the bedroom.

Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for a “small town feel”. We love the beach, but Myrtle is too “crazy busy” for us. Target, Lowe’s, Walmart, and other main chains are only 15-20 minutes away. This is a great family location! We are a family of 5 and were comfortable with the space provided. We would definitely stay here again!!

It is very conveniently located a very short walk from the beach and a few local shops and some restaurants. The people in the community are very nice. .
