The Penthouse at High Tide - Best Views Right on the Beach - Great for Families!

Welcome home to High Tide! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all over the country at this beautiful property.

The Penthouse at High Tide is a two story, 5 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 bathroom Oceanfront condo that offers sweeping views of the ocean. It is the perfect location. This property is located on the beach and has a private lawn out front for relaxing, sunning, and grilling. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, it is a short ten-minute walk to the Village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap. HIGH TIDE has it all that St Simons has to offer.

The first floor of the Penthouse has two guest rooms, (both with king beds and private baths), a dining area, an open kitchen, an expansive family room overlooking the beach and the master bedroom and large en-suite with private balcony. The porch for the Penthouse is located off of the family room and spans the width of the unit. Outside you'll find plenty of seating for morning coffee, lunch or for a glass of lemonade in the afternoons. The views are spectacular and some of the absolute best you will find on the island!

On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a full shared bath. One of the bedrooms is a king and the other has two twin beds. There's also an expansive bonus room area with plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV- perfect for watching a football game or for the kids to enjoy a movie. There's also a fridge and table and chairs upstairs.

**The Penthouse has exclusive access to the elevator. Guests may also choose to use the stairs to enter the property. The elevator does not service the second floor of the Penthouse**

All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions and the house is wi-fi enabled.

The High Tide complex is a 3 unit condominium with separate entrances and porches for each unit. While the Penthouse is a stand-alone unit, it can be combined with Units A & B to serve as the perfect location for reunions, corporate retreats, family vacations, and gatherings.

Parking: The Penthouse includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking and cannot be guaranteed.

Ryan Saunders, our property manager, takes excellent care of our guests and lives right around the corner. Like any good neighbor, he's only a phone call away should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.
