Delightful light and airy townhouse only 1 mile from the beach and 1 mile from the village. This beautifully updated 2 King bedroom + 1.5 bath home is full of comfort with a private fenced back patio and swimming pool just steps away. This home is family friendly. Simplicity at the beach. In the kitchen you will find a Kuerig and drip coffee maker. Complimentary coffee will be waiting upon arrival. We can’t wait to host you! **The twin bedroom has been upgraded to a king bedroom. We are awaiting pictures and will upload as soon as we have them!**

Our home is updated and ready to accommodate your family. Enjoy grilling and relaxing on the beautiful outdoor patio. The pool is just a stones throw away for a swim. TVs in the living room and master bedroom. You'll have less to pack with pool towels to use during your stay. You will find a hairdryer in the upstairs bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse as well as our community pool.

You can quickly bike, walk, or drive anywhere on the island from this location. Our home is 1 mile from the beach, village, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Additional bikes and golf carts can be rented on the island for a nominal fee.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
