Great stay, felt very safe. Will need a vehicle to get around- quick and easy 5-7 min drive to food/coffee. Don’t forget to pack bug spray w deet— sand flies/fleas at beaches. Vrbo has some stocked this time—APPRECIATED! Would stay again.

The location is great, but for first timers a rental car is a must ( drive on the left) because we spent each day at different locations. It has a full kitchen, we stopped at Cost-U-Less between the airport and condo for some food before checking into the condo. Parking is free and easy to find at the property (several condo buildings). The washer and dryer were great to have. The pool and beach towels provided along with beach chairs were great to have, most beaches have shade from plants/ trees on the beach. Rosie was easy to reach and provided great tips. A couple of good restaurants near Sapphire Beach and a couple in Red Hook. Highly recommend a ferry to St. Johns and to do Kayak and snorkle with EcoTours a short drive from condo to ferry port.

We had a great experience. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked. Very comfortable. Location was great-close to Red Hook and beaches. Great communication with the owners too. Highly recommended.

Long walk to the water. Can't hear the water, but can hear the adjacent club's tennis at 7 am. Shower water was lukewarm, took 5 days to turn the water temp up. It was fine, but next time will find a location on the water. Manager wasn't on the island initially.

An OK place to stay

Things to know. When you walk in you will be overwhelmed by the musty smell, it does go away after awhile or you get used to it. The air filters are brown and have not been changed in a long while. This is a bottom floor condo and you will hear the upstairs guest. You do not have a view of anything but trees, the sailing club pickleball court is right outside and you will hear it in the mornings. There is no Hot tub on the property as advertised. The WIFI barely works, doesn't work in the second bedroom at all. The celing fan in the master is really loud and you can't sleep with it going. The pillows are really big and hard, I didn't use them.The clothes dryer didn't work. The host knew there was a problem and has not fixed it. I doubt they ever will. The location is close to Redhook which was nice but you can't walk to anything which we knew. There is a nice little beach to sit on. The pool and gym are nice. The kitchen was nice and everything worked. The living room furniture was comfortable. The host was responsive to text. I did like the area, it's close to the ferry to St. John but we will not stay at this property again. For the price you can find a much better place.

Sailing class at St. Thomas Yacht Club

It was the perfect location for our trip to take a sailing class at St Thomas Yacht club. Wonderful property! Very clean and lots of room for the three of us. Perfect location next to the yacht club. Thanks so much!

Rainbow 1 - What a fantastic place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Rainbow 1. The condo was just perfect!! The property is beautiful!! A relaxing beach and a beautiful pool. Tennis or pickle ball courts too! Our host Rosie was just amazing. Anything we needed she handled it for us. Great location close to Red Hook great restaurants, groceries or shopping. The condo was so relaxing and quiet!! What a wonderful stay we had!!

Great Stay and close to the yacht club.

We joyed our stay. We needed to be near the yacht club and this location was perfect. Tennis and pickleball courts were great as well! It is an older unit that is well stocked and had great beds! Plenty of extras, beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked with newer items. Furnishings were all nice.

Excellent property

Very nice condo. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms and RO filtered water are a plus. Handy to the beach but view is hidden by trees now. Property manager, Rosie, was very welcoming and helpful. Only downside to those who are sensitive are the feral cats roaming the grounds and sometimes fighting at night but not much the owner can do about this.

2 weeks was too short!

Nice condo! Needs updating but otherwise good. Grounds are pretty with access to beach. Very musty odor on first arrival but quickly cleared with fans, air conditioning and people in condo. Great response from hosts with questions or concerns (which they weren’t many
 as well managed with info in condo). Would recommend.

Wonderful Vacation

We stayed 3 weeks and had a great time. The condo is clean and very well outfitted. Rosie was terrific and always responsive to our questions. Having access to the on-site fitness facility was huge plus. Location great with close access to Red Hook and Secret Harbor. Highly recommend.

Our new home away from home

Very nice condo located at the Anchorage. We have family who lives there and needed extra space nearby. Plus, it was located on the ground level. The place was clean, comfy beds and kitchen was well equipped. We will keep this place in mind on future trips.
