This Saint Thomas Condo Rental is located in the USVI amid the Crystal Blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Start by booking your trip to St. Thomas Airport, STT then either rent a car at the airport or catch a Taxi to the Condo. If you decide to rent a car just remember to drive on the left. Taxis are readily available, there is no UBER or LYFT.

Sapphire Hill Village has recently undergone a multi million dollar face lift. The grounds are well kept and the buildings are nicely maintained. There is some construction which will be going on in the area to keep the property up to date with current improvements.

Brand new Sealy Memory foam mattress, very comfortable, and new blackout curtains to keep the early morning light out.

There is a shortcut to the beach, about a 5 minute walk, through Sapphire Marina where charters are available for snorkeling, sport fishing and casual sightseeing. Sapphire Beach is great for snorkeling. Snorkeling gear is provided for guests at the condo. There are masks and snorkels and fins. The condo is close to Red Hook, where you can catch the ferry to St. John, grab a meal or go shopping.

The unit is located on the first Floor, Walk-In level is the Second Floor. In other words there is one flight of stairs to get into the Unit. We are in the St. Maarten Bldg on the left end.

Our Saint Thomas Condo Rental offers excellent Location and is very cosy. Beach, pools, and restaurant are on the property. Close to the ferry to St. John which is simply beautiful. The laid back atmosphere of the Condo is great for just hanging out on the balcony, the facilities, or as home base for all of your adventures.

The point at Sapphire On St. Thomas, seen to the left offers the ultimate in Tropical Wedding Spots. Coconut Trees line the way for the bride to walk down and the Backdrop is the beautiful view of Blue Waters and Tropical Islands. The best part about a tropical wedding is that your Honeymoon trip is already out of the way and the condo is close by!

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This isn't like a hotel room where you only have a bed and a bathroom. This is a Condo. There is a kitchenette with a glasstop cooking surface, a convection microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee pot, and of course, a Blender! There is a full bathroom, a seating area with a pullout loveseat that sleeps one, and a queen bed. There is a dining table with chairs and LCD TV with DVD player. There is WiFi in the condo. When working, there is Community WiFi at the pools and restaurant, just ask the bartender for the password.

Sapphire Beach is just a short walk from the Condo. There is a rental shack which has paddleboards and other items to make a day at the beach fun. Snorkeling gear is provided in the condo for guests to use as well as beach chairs and a cooler. To the right and left sides of the beach you will find the best snorkeling over the reef. In the center of the beach are grass flats with sea turtles and other sea life.

Enjoy the peaceful snorkeling in crystal clear waters as you see a variety of sea life like colorful fish, live corals, sea fans and the occasional sea turtle. Look but DON'T TOUCH. Some coral can sting, and touching it kills it. Preserve this resource for all to enjoy!

It is close to the Ferry which brings you to St. John and is steps away from the Marina which offers plenty of day trips on different charters.
