Overall the property was decent. Some loose tiles in the bathroom and chipping pain in the closets. I was not expecting the kitchen to be full stocked with everything from cups, plates, silverware, pans and cooking utensils so this was a pleasant surprise. ALOT of hills/stairs. They do have golf carts but it takes awhile to get a ride. Overall it has amazing views but I think my next trip I would stay somewhere else.

The staff was amazing from start to finish! The Ron was clean and the property had everything we needed to stay comfortably! The beaches were close with a shuttle! I will definitely be back!!

Depending on what your goals are on your trip, this can be a bull’s-eye for some, but maybe not for others. For my particular situation. I took my 78-year-old mom for her first time to the ocean, staying at Margaritaville allowed us to keep most of our trip contained to the resort allowing us to use the swimming pools and the grounds, restaurant, bars and shopping areas within the resort, The staff was outstanding. Our condo/ suite was in building 9 and daily, w would take our walks down the steps, but would use the resort golf carts to return uphill. These are constantly moving in rotation and not once did we ever have to wait more than five minutes to get a ride back to our room. This is an amazing amenity to have and the same goes for transporting your luggage to the room because the resort is on a switchback hillside. The Margaritaville restaurant itself is very spacious and has a beautiful view , however service and selection could be approved upon. The beach on the resort although not frequented, or swam in, did not smell terrible the time we were there in March due to the seaweed, however Margaritaville shuttles their guests to nearby Coki and Sapphire Beach’s. For my needs this was a great choice

This hotel is not for business travelers. You have to ride a shuttle through the resort the shuttle has improved however, it doesn't operate efficently enough if you are on business. I waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle walked down with my luggage and other bag. The receptionist stated i haven't seen shuttle yet. Well ma'am why did you say he is on the way be there in a few minutes

The rooms were nice and clean as well as the grounds. Guest check in/concierge friendly. There is always only 1 bartender so the wait for a drink is decently long. The beach is nice to sit there when the sun goes down but you have to shuttle elsewhere and then rent chairs to go to an actual beach. You cant eat at the only restaurant they have for all meals so you have to drive or taxi. There is one walkable rearsurant. No matter what time you get to either pool there are no chairs left so you have to linger around and wait for someone to leave.

Matress was horrible and was sunken in. We got them to change mattresses after the first night. They were supposed to refund us $250 for the problem and never did.
